Bonjour,
j'ai le logiciel gratuit antivir et lorsque mon ordi me demande de le mette a Jour et lorsque je le fait il me mets erreur 19 en mettant que l'ordi n'ai pas reussi et une errEur est survenu MERCI POUR LE COUP DE MAIN

    Tu suprime cette merde et tu prend Avast et Zone alarme ...

    Avira une merde ?

    ah ah ah laisse moi rire , c'est avast la grosse merde oui !

    Conseil désinstalle ton antivirus complètement et télécharge le ici ===> AntiVir Personal

    pour info avast étai pas mal il y a 2 ou 3 ans mais maintenant il est bidon , renseigne toi et tu verra .

    Sinon Zone alarm est un très très bon parefeu , largement mieux que celui de windows . donc si tu le veux c'est ici ===> Zone Alarm

      merci pour tes conseil peu etre que tu vas pouvoir m'aider pour mon autre probleme j'ai mon adresse msn qui a du choper un virus je sais pas mais il n'arrete pas de se connecter toute seules et d'envoyer des spams et autres pubs merdique a touts mes contacts et je ne sais vraiment pas comment faire pour l'enlever aides moi vraiment si tu sais comment m'aider je t'en supplie merci

    Bon alors pour ton autre souci ,

    telecharge Hijackthis

    installe le sur ton bureau

    ensuite clic sur l'icone qui es apparu , puis Hijackthis s'ouvre, clic sur "Do a system scan and save the logfile"

    post ici le rapport !

    bien dit !! garde dejà antivir et surtout nan pas mettre avast !! comme tu es entre de bonnes main a ce que je vois !!! la config a t'elle été faite d'antivir? et quel parefeu ? et oui 1 bon hijack serai bien, je suis le topic , ben oui curieuse je suis et resterait ! le rapport c'est le bloc note qui s'ouvrira seul a la fin du scan , va dessus et selectionne le tout (ctrl+A) copie (ctrl+c) et colle ici (ctrl +v) op j'ai mis mon grain de sel ^^

    Tu peu mettre ton grain de sel au contraire !

    on est jamais assez de 2 helper pour mener à bien une désinfection
