SFR debt collection service

Hello,

--I have a bill to pay to SFR and on their letter there is an address stating an internet address where apparently we can pay by card. Could you provide me with information? The address is supposedly spi.sfr@recofact.fr. I need to pay before midnight.

Uh, that story doesn't seem very clear to me; make sure it's not phishing.

Hello,

I know the company recocash very well, formerly recofact. The site is secure, there’s no problem.
Anyway, when you have an address like that, just type "recofact" into Google and you'll get your answer. It's a debt collection agency mandated by SFR.
Nothing too complicated.

a tip for everyone if you have to deal with a debt collection agency, contact the company concerned directly here SFR and you won't have to pay the agency's processing fees
for example: I had a bill of 44 euros due to SFR and the collection agency was asking me for 59 euros, so I sent my check for 44 euros directly to SFR and did not pay the excess

Les téléconseillers de la société Recocash ne négocient pas pour payer en plusieurs fois, elle me raccroche au nez... en difficulté financière étant client depuis quinze ans à SFR, voilà comment on remercie la fidélité...

I'm working with the SFR amicable collections service / to settle your bill securely, you can either do it on the sfr.fr website or by calling 963 / if your line is restricted, you will need to dial 061000 1963.
