disabled manufacturing mode on dell

Hello, hello I have a Dell Latitude C600, when I start it, it takes 2 minutes to boot into the BIOS... and a black screen appears with the message *****manufacturing mode level (ff)******* press fn-x running normal mode....... help me please to resolve this problem..... thank you all

This problem happened to me, the computer asks to press . I did it and the computer went back to Normal mode.

Error: manufacturing mode  For me, the problem is resolved; there was a bad connection between the motherboard and the hard drive.
