Hello, here is my problem...
I am trying to troubleshoot a computer that, at startup, redirects me directly to a black screen with the following error message:
EFI Shell version 2.50 [5.12]
Current running mode 1.1.2
Map: cannot find required map name.
The commands in this tab do not work, so I accessed the BIOS, but it is impossible to start in safe mode; I am therefore stuck, and if I can avoid resetting it or creating a new Windows key, that would be great.
I want to point out that no parts have been changed and that the computer is less than a year old, so I don't think it's physical damage. Thank you.

Hello, I have the same problem you had in November 2019 but I don't have a solution. Could you please have a solution for me? I have been stuck for over a month. Thank you for your reply.

Try typing "exit" once, then a second time. It should work. But if after that you end up on a system settings page, exit it, restart your computer, and repeat the process outlined at the beginning of the comment.
