Agfa Photo AP1100 Printer Issue

Hello,
I have a problem with my Agfa Photo AP1100 printer. I bought paper and a cartridge.
I install the roll and then the chip, the light flashes green and then immediately turns red.
I don't understand why it's not working, even though I'm doing it as indicated.

Configuration: Windows Vista Internet Explorer 7.0

      Hi
      you need to change, at the same time as the ink roll, the card that comes with the ink roll (the size of a SIM card) on the printer, on the right side.
      This card should not be completely pushed in.
      And the light will be green and you will be able to print.
