Hello
I was told that it was possible to make a false timestamp appear when sending an email. Let me explain...
For example: I received an email that says it was sent at 8:52. Is it possible that this email was actually sent at 3 PM?
Is this true??
Because I checked my inbox at 9 AM and there was nothing, and now I'm being suspected of lying...
So I would like to know how to address this situation and if it is possible

Simply because I already did the test with a friend to help her. She was supposed to send a letter in the morning, but since she didn't have time at all, she sent it in the evening. To make it look like she had sent the letter in the morning, I suggested she change the time on her PC before sending it, and it worked.

Well, yes, you can very well send an email in the morning and make the recipient believe that you sent it in the evening! You just need to change the time on your PC at the moment of sending!
