Register on doctissimo

Hello,
I have been trying since this morning to register on the Doctissimo forum, but I'm unable to as it says my email address already exists. I am also trying to see on the forum if I can contact a moderator, but I'm not having any luck with that either. Thank you in advance for your help.

    Well, it must be connected somehow, thanks to Google I found your message and it's quite recent to my great delight (yes, sometimes Google... ^^)
    Anyway, I just wanted to say that I've been trying to sign up on Doctissimo for the past hour, and nothing is happening for me.
    I've tried with every operator (the 3 most well-known ones installed)
    Opera shows me nothing, Mozilla does the same, and Internet Explorer gives me an error page... great!

    Anyway, I thought I'd let you know, so you might get a response that potentially indicates there's a problem with the site... if you've managed to get in since, let me know! ;)

      There is a button next to "change the words" that you need to click on!
      I filled everything out perfectly but when I click on "I sign up" at the bottom of the page, nothing happens!!!! :( If anyone has a solution...

    It still doesn't work, even with my husband's email address. It tells me that the email address already exists, and there's no way to contact a moderator to find out what's going on.

      It says "invalid credentials"? That's normal... reconnect with this username and password, it's just a bug on the site.

    Hello,

    I have the same problem. At first, it said "Registration error."
    Then I managed to register 3 times with 3 different email addresses, but in all 3 cases, they want me to activate my registration with the email they supposedly send to my personal address... The problem is that I never receive their so-called activation email!! So I can't log in!

    I tried to contact the moderator, but I haven't heard back on that side...

    In my opinion, they have a bug and we just have to wait for them to realize it...

    It doesn't tell me that the ID is invalid, but that the email address is already in use. I tried again, but still nothing.

    Hello everyone,
    to sign up on Doctissimo, you don't need to be "sick".
    Then, when you're told that your address is already "taken", it's because another registered user has that address and you need to use a different one. It's simple and quick to create another one. (This is to avoid, or at least minimize, multiple usernames)
    If your username is invalid... it means you made an error, so either re-enter it, or come back later (sometimes it doesn't work well at certain times) or create a new profile.

      I followed your advice, but every time I try to register on the Doctissimo forum, there is an identification failure; yet I have no problem with the username, email address, and password.
      What can I do? I really want to register on this forum.

      I have the same problems too, no error with email address and username, but it says identification error. Every week I try but it doesn't work!!!! I would really like to register on this forum. If anyone has a solution...

      I enter a valid username, a valid password, I retype the same one, a valid email address, everything is correct, even the anti-spam image to copy, and I always get the "registration error" page… Now it’s worse, I’m being told that my address is already taken, so I would like some help.

    I have been looking for a while to sign up for a forum to get testimonials about addictions, as I myself am very addicted and want to get out of it! I am being followed by a therapist, I have been in recovery since January, and I am really struggling to come out of my "torpor". I have three children, two of whom are dependent on me! I absolutely need to regain a normal social life, but when? I am alone and divorced, I am 44 years old, and since my recovery, I have gained 20 kilos, 10 in the last year! It's a disaster! I would like to elaborate a bit more, but I doubt I can keep it short!
    I will explain in more detail when someone is kind enough to respond to me.

      I had the same problem for 3 weeks: I couldn't sign up, but to make matters worse, despite that, they had "saved" my address which I could no longer use... my husband just suggested I change browsers and it worked, hooray!!! (however, I had to use another email address, mine being permanently blocked with them!!!
