Bonjour à tous
I just bought an LG HT462DZ home theater system. I have a full HD LG TV and my home theater system is equipped with an HDMI port. Its functioning is perfect with a DVD, but when I want to switch to a TV channel, the sound comes from the TV speakers and not from the home theater system. Both systems are equipped with optical digital audio ports. Do I need to connect them together using this system? I also have a Canal Sat box and a PS3, all connected to the TV with an HDMI cable. Could you please help me because this is really annoying me? Thank you in advance.

hello
connect the optical output of the TV to the optical input of the home theater (in this case, configure the PS3 sound to HDMI: the sound will come out on the home theater in digital but not in dolby)
HDMI output of the home theater to HDMI input 1 of the TV (to play a DVD, switch to HDMI1 on the TV)
connect PS3 via HDMI to HDMI 2 of the TV (to play Blu-ray or games, switch to HDMI2 on the TV and to optical input on the home theater)
the cube should connect via HDMI to the TV (HDMI 3) or via component if available (to watch the cube or canalsat or +, switch to HDMI 3 on the TV or component and optical input)
