Problème : Pc devenu brusquement lent

Bonjour,
En espérant que je poste dans la bonne catégorie...
Mon pc s'est brusquement mis à tourner au ralenti depuis une semaine, c'est à dire en gros qu'il ne supporte qu'un seul programme ouvert ou une seule page internet (pas les 2 à la fois sinon ça plante, et pas 2 pages internet sinon il n'arrive jamais au bout du chargement des 2pages)
Les jeux en lignes j'ai abandonné, même si je tente de connecter un seul compte là où j'ai l'habitude d'en ouvrir 2 ou 3, c'est injouable car trop lent ça finit par buguer en moins de 5minutes.
Je ne vois vraiment pas d'où ça peut venir... Je pensais à un souci de connection, je suis en wifi, mais les autres pc de la maison n'ont aucun problème de lenteur et ça fait 10mois que je suis à la même distance de la box et ça n'a jamais posé de souci, j'imagine que ça ne peut pas venir de là...
J'ai donc passé mon disque au scan d'avast, je n'avais aucun fichier infecté. J'ai également défragmenté mon disque, analysé le pc avec ad-aware, spybot, Ccleaner, j'ai supprimé tout ce qui était conseillé de supprimer et pourtant mon ordi est toujours aussi lent.
Je poste un rapport de Hijackthis, je ne sais pas le décrypter mais peut-être y aurait-il la solution ^^'

Pour approfondir un peu (car hijack ne montre rien de particulier) fais
ceci:
Télécharges RSIT (de random/random) sur le bureau
http://images.malwareremoval.com/random/RSIT.exe
- Double clique sur RSIT.exe qui est sur le bureau
- Clique sur Continue dans la fenêtre
- RSIT téléchargera HijackThis si il n’est pas présent où détecté, alors il faudra accepter la licence
- Poste le contenu de log.txt plus info.txt (réduit ds la barre de taches) à la fin de l’analyse .
Les rapports sont dans le dossier ici C:\rsit

Poste un rapport Nod32 https://www.eset.com/ (il faut utiliser Internet Explorer)

(c'étai des logiciels que j'avais depuis mi-2007 sur le pc, pas de truc téléchargés récemment)

TOUT A FAIT NORMAL.....
Les logs que je t'ai demandé de télécharger (hijack,rsit et genproc sont des logiciels de diagnostic)
Les résultats de ces 3 logs se sont avérés négatifs...==> donc a priori ton problème n'est pas
lié a une infection!!!!
Dernière verif avant de te réorienter vers le forum Windows:
Telecharges malwarebytes + tutoriel :

Tu l´installes; mets le a jour...(onglet mise a jour)
Click maintenant sur l´onglet recherche et coche la case : "executer un examen rapide".
Puis click sur "rechercher".
Laisse le scanner le pc...
Si des elements on ete trouvés > click sur supprimer la selection.
si il t´es demandé de redemarrer > click sur "oui".
A la fin un rapport va s´ouvrir; sauvegarde le de maniere a le retrouver en vu de le poster sur le forum.
Copies et colles le rapport stp.

En fin de scan, il est possible que ComboFix ait besoin de redémarrer le PC pour finaliser la désinfection, laisse-le faire.

Télécharge SDFix (créé par AndyManchesta) et sauvegarde le sur ton Bureau.
http://downloads.andymanchesta.com/RemovalTools/SDFix.exe
Double clique sur SDFix.exe et choisis Install pour l'extraire dans un dossier dédié sur le Bureau. Redémarre ton ordinateur en mode sans échec en suivant la procédure que voici :
• Redémarre ton ordinateur
• Après avoir entendu l'ordinateur biper lors du démarrage, mais avant que l'icône Windows apparaisse, tapote la touche F8 (une pression par seconde).
• A la place du chargement normal de Windows, un menu avec différentes options devrait apparaître.
• Choisis la première option, pour exécuter Windows en mode sans échec, puis appuie sur "Entrée".
• Choisis ton compte.
Déroule la liste des instructions ci-dessous :
• Ouvre le dossier SDFix qui vient d'être créé dans le répertoire C:\ et double clique sur RunThis.bat pour lancer le script.
• Appuie sur Y pour commencer le processus de nettoyage.
• Il va supprimer les services et les entrées du Registre de certains trojans trouvés puis te demandera d'appuyer sur une touche pour redémarrer.
• Appuie sur une touche pour redémarrer le PC.
• Ton système sera plus long pour redémarrer qu'à l'accoutumée car l'outil va continuer à s'exécuter et supprimer des fichiers.
• Après le chargement du Bureau, l'outil terminera son travail et affichera Finished.
• Appuie sur une touche pour finir l'exécution du script et charger les icônes de ton Bureau.
• Les icônes du Bureau affichées, le rapport SDFix s'ouvrira à l'écran et s'enregistrera aussi dans le dossier SDFix sous le nom Report.txt.
• Enfin, copie/colle le contenu du fichier Report.txt dans ta prochaine réponse sur le forum

Il y avait bien 2 infections détectées et réparées par malwarebytes et combofix
mais la je ne sais pas d'ou cela peut venir...
Pour desinstaller les outils utilisés
Telecharge ToolsCleaner2--> http://pc-system.fr/
-Une fois téléchargé, installe-le et lance-le
-Clique sur Recherche et laisse le scan se terminer
-Clique sur SUPPRESSION
