Question

Salut,
  Je suis en ce moment complètement infestée par des pubs intempestives pourries et d'après ce que je comprend, c'est lié a ce programme- web media player- que j'ai téléchargé par erreur... Après avoir lu des réponses sur le forum, j'ai téléchargé navilog et ai lancé la première option de recherche.

 Mille mercis pour m'indiquer si je peux lancer la seconde option sans endommager mon chti pc!!:)

Nettoyage avec Navilog1: * Ferme toutes les fenêtres ouvertes et enregistre tes documents personnels ouverts * Relance Navilog par double clic sur le raccourci Navilog présent sur ton bureau * Au menu principal, choisis 2 et valide. * Il va t’informer qu’il va alors redémarrer ton PC * Appuie sur une touche comme demandé (Si ton PC ne redémarre pas automatiquement, fais le toi même) * Au redémarrage de ton PC, choisis ta session habituelle. * Patiente jusqu’au message : *** Nettoyage Termine le ..... *** * Le bloc note va s’ouvrir, copie/colle ici le rapport, comme tu l’as fait pour l’autre. ************ - Télécharge HijackThis Version 2.02 : = = = = >>> En cliquant ici <<< = = = = - Enregistre HJTInstall.exe sur ton bureau. - Fais un double-clic (gauche) sur HJTInstall.exe afin de lancer l’installation - Clique sur Install ensuite sur « I Accept » - Clique sur « Do a scan system and save log file »

Ton antivirus Kaspersky est périmé ? Il n'est pas actif ... ! ***** Télécharge Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware = = = = >>> En cliquant ici <<< = = = = - Sur la page clique sur Télécharger Malwarebyte’s Anti-Malware - Enregistre le sur le bureau - Double clique sur le fichier téléchargé pour lancer le processus d’installation - Lorsqu’il te le sera demandé, mets à jour Malwarebytes anti malware - Si le pare-feu demande l’autorisation de se connecter pour malwarebytes, acceptes - Une fois la mise à jour terminée, ferme Malwarebytes - Double-clique sur l’icône de malwarebytes pour le relancer - Dans l’onglet, Recherche, probablement ouvert par défaut, - Sélectionne Exécuter un examen complet - Clique sur Rechercher - Le scan démarre - A la fin de l’analyse, un message s’affiche : L’examen s’est terminé normalement. Cliquez sur ‘Afficher les résultats’ pour afficher tous les objets trouvés. - Clique sur Ok pour poursuivre. - Si des malwares ont été détectés, cliques sur Afficher les résultats - Sélectionnes tout (ou laisses cochés) et cliques sur Supprimer la sélection Malwarebytes va détruire les fichiers et clés de registre et en mettre une copie dans la quarantaine. - Malwarebytes va ouvrir le bloc-notes et y copier le rapport d’analyse. - Rends toi dans l’onglet rapport/log - Tu clique dessus pour l’afficher. - Une fois affiché, cliques sur édition en haut du bloc notes, et puis sur sélectionner tout - Tu reclique sur édition et puis sur copier et tu reviens sur le forum et dans ta réponse - Tu clique droit dans le cadre de la réponse et coller Si tu as besoin d’aide regarde ce tutorial ICI

merci trop trop pour ton aide

 Il a du mieux! seulement c'est pas top top.. j'ai toujours des pubs, en fait ce sont des redirections depuis google, elles sont moins fréquentes et différentes; c'est drôle d'ailleurs car elles ont l'air de pubs pour anti spyware (..?!) et moins euphorisant web media player tente encore de se télécharger..
Ce que tu m'as dis a propos de mon antivirus m'a inquiété alors j'en ai téléchargé un nouveau, son nom a lui semble apparaitre dans le log de hijack this, ça a l'air ok. (je venais d'installer l'ancien donc les soucis ne sont pas directement liés..) 

Le scan avec malwarebytes n'a rien donné..
J'ai trouvé un autre -smitfraudfix- sur les forums et il a l'air de trouver des trucs, peux tu me dire si c'est ok pour l'option suppression,j'ajoute le rapport,  merci!!!

1) Malwarebytes n'a stricetement rien trouvé ?! 2) Rien sur Smitfraudfix, supprime le. 3) Pour une analyse plus en profondeur : Télécharge Random’s System Information Tool (RSIT) de random/random et enregistre l’exécutable sur le Bureau. = = = = >>> En cliquant ici <<< = = = = * Double-clique sur RSIT.exe pour le lancer. * Une première fenêtre s’ouvre, clique alors sur Continue (Disclaimer). * Si la dernière version de HijackThis n’est pas détectée sur ton PC, RSIT le téléchargera et te demandera d’accepter la licence. * Lorsque l’analyse sera terminée, deux fichiers texte s’ouvriront (probablement avec le bloc-notes). * Poste le contenu de log.txt.

Salut,
merci! (sympa de m'aider, je sais que je suis pas très constante mais entre un chti décalage de fuseau horaire et mon boulot.. bon voila ma reconnaissance est immense :))

alors, bin vraiment rien par malwarebytes (pas cette fois du moins)


et ici c'est le log de rsit : 
(ca a l'air long alors j'essaie de donner un ptit indice( enfin j'espere qu'il peut aider) j'ai des soucis de virus depuis exactement le 1 avril (pas drôle) a environ 4 heures du matin et sur le log j'ai vu que des programmes ont été modifiés a cette heure la. Mais, je suis pas sure que les pubs sont arrives a ce moment la car le premier virus éteignait l'ordi au bout de 20 minutes)

Affiche les fichiers et dossiers cachés ainsi que les fichiers du système : - Mes documents - Outils - Options des dossiers - Onglet « Affichage » - Coche Afficher les fichiers et dossiers cachés - Décoche « Masquer les fichiers protégés du système d’exploitation (recommandé) » ****************** Analyse ces fichiers : C:\WINDOWS\system32\xpsp4res.dll C:\WINDOWS\system32\bipehozo.exe C:\WINDOWS\system32 ajokigu.exe Sur le site de virustotal : https://www.virustotal.com/gui/ Parcourir > Sélectionne ton fichier > Analyser, patiente que l’analyse soit terminée. Poste bien les rapports en m’indiquant à chaque rapport envoyé le nom du fichier concerné ! Bitlord est une infection => A éviter !

Nettoyage avec ToolBar S&D :

!! Déconnectes toi et fermes toute tes applications en cours le temps de la manipulation !! 

* Relance Toolbar-S&D par double clique sur le raccourci
* Tape l’option 2 (Nettoyage) puis tapes sur Entrée.
Notes :
=>Ne touche à rien lors de la suppression !
Un rapport sera généré à la fin du processus : postes l’intégralité de son contenu dans ta prochaine réponse 
accompagné d’un nouveau rapport Hijackthis pour analyse ...

APRES AVOIR FIXE LES LIGNES : Tu es infecté par un ver qui se propage dans ton ordinateur par support amovibles (clé USB, disquettes, appareils photos numériques, disques durs externes, …) Télécharge et installe UsbFix de C_XX & Chiquitine29 : = = = = >>> En cliquant ici <<< = = = = Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) susceptibles d avoir été infectés sans les ouvrir ! * Double clique sur le raccourci UsbFix présent sur ton bureau. * Choisis l’option 1 (Recherche) * Laisse travailler l’outil. * Ensuite poste l’intégralité du rapport UsbFix.txt qui apparaîtra. Notes : - Le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque. (C:\UsbFix.txt) (CTRL+A Pour tout sélectionner, CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller sur le forum). - "Process.exe", une composante de l'outil, est détecté par certains antivirus (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky Anti-Virus) comme étant un RiskTool. Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus, mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus. Mis entre de mauvaises mains, cet utilitaire pourrait arrêter des logiciels de sécurité (Antivirus, Firewall...) d'où l'alerte émise par ces antivirus.
