Problème infection

Télécharge random's system information tool (RSIT) http://images.malwareremoval.com/random/RSIT.exe par random/random et sauvegarde-le sur le Bureau.
Double-clique sur RSIT.exe Clic Continue à l'écran Disclaimer.
Si l'outil HIjackThis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera et tu devras accepter la licence.
Lorsque l'analyse sera terminée, deux fichiers texte s'ouvriront. Poste en pièce jointe log.txt qui sera affiché ..ainsi que de info.txt qui sera réduit dans la Barre des Tâches.

Télécharge Navilog1.exe http://il.mafioso.pagesperso-orange.fr/Navifix/Navilog1.exe?thread
Choisis Enregistrer sous.... et enregistre-le sur ton bureau.
Ensuite double clique sur navilog1.exe pour lancer l'installation.
Si, lors du téléchargement, ton Antivirus fais une alerte, ignore-là
c'est un faux positif, une fausse alerte..
Une fois l'installation terminée, le fix s'exécutera automatiquement.
Si ce n'est pas le cas, double-clique sur le raccourci Navilog1 présent sur le bureau
Au menu principal, choisis 1 et valide.
ne fais pas le choix 2,3 ou 4
Analyse Terminée
Appuie sur une touche , le bloc-note va s'ouvrir.
Copie/colle l'intégralité du rapport

Télécharge Toolbar-S&D (Team IDN) sur ton Bureau.

* Lance l'installation du programme en exécutant le fichier téléchargé.
* Double-clique maintenant sur le raccourci de Toolbar-S&D.
* Sélectionne la langue souhaitée en tapant la lettre de ton choix puis en validant avec la touche Entrée.
* Choisis maintenant l'option 1 (Recherche). Patiente jusqu'à la fin de la recherche.
* Poste le rapport généré. (C:\TB.txt)

Choisis option 2

attention le bureau va disparaître

puis redémarrage du pc

ensuite Fais l'option 2 de ToolBar S&D.

ok j'ai fait les étapes 2 pour navilog1 et toolbar, pour mon antivirus, c'est bitdefender.

comment se comporte ton pc ?

il est toujours un peu lent, et j'ai un écran bkeu qui apparait qui dit qu'il y a eu une erreur et que le système va redémarrer pour éviter tout dommage.

non je n'ai pas le cd vista,par contre quand je démarre mon ordinateur en mode sans échec avec réseau, je n'ai plus le bug, est-ce possible de le faire marcher pareil sans le lancer en mode sans échec?

c'est donc un conflit materiel surement
utiliser le gestionnaire de périphériques de Windows.

Pour ouvrir le gestionnaire de périphériques :
- Clic droit sur l'icône du Poste de Travail - Gérer - Gestionnaire de périphériques
--ou Menu Démarrer - Paramètres - Panneau de configuration -performance et maintenance- Système - onglet Matériel - bouton Gestionnaire de périphérique

Dans le gestionnaire de périphériques, sélectionnez le périphérique qui pose problème (les conflits sont indiqués d'un point d'exclamation jaune)

clic droit sur le gestionnaire et desactiver

si il n'y a pas de conflit signaler

clic droit sur tout les gestionnaire suivant cartes son , cartes video , ect...
ne pas toucher aux disques dur ..souris clavier

redemarre le pc
il risque de trouver des nouveaux peripheriques , ne pas en tenir compte

si il fonctionne bien ....retablis un peripherique "clic droit activé " et redemarre....
