Virus bloquant accés à internet !

Bonjour,
Salut à tous,
Bon ben je pense avoir choppé un virus car plus rien ne marche sur mon PC : plus de restauration systeme, plus d'accés au gestionnaire de taches, mode sans échec marchant une fois sur deux et le summum plus d'accés au réseau wifi ! Help !!!!!! Car je n'y comprends strictement rien !!
