Bonsoir,

Mon PC , est depuis peu , très lent.
En effet , L'U.C de mon Pc est toujours a 90/100 % ~~.

J'en appel a votre aide pour désinfecter mon ordinateur pour le remettre en état.

Bonsoir,

Pour commencer :  faire un petit nettoyage de l'ordi et du registre avec Ccleaner, regarde bien le Tuto CCleaner

Ensuite :

Télécharge le fichier d'installation d'HijackThis.

Enregistre HJTInstall.exe sur ton bureau.

Renomme Hijackthis en Tutu

Double-clique sur HJTInstall.exe (tutu)  pour lancer le programme

Par défaut, il s'installera là :
C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis

Accepte la licence en cliquant sur le bouton "I Accept"

Choisis l'option "Do a system scan and save a log file"

Clique sur "Save log" pour enregistrer le rapport qui s'ouvrira avec le bloc-note

Clique sur "Edition -> Sélectionner tout", puis sur "Edition -> Copier" pour copier tout le contenu du rapport

Colle le rapport que tu viens de copier sur ce forum

Ne fixe encore AUCUNE ligne, cela pourrait empêcher ton PC de fonctionner correctement

Tutoriaux (ne fixe rien pour le moment !!)

Pour ceux qui ont vista, ne pas oublier de désactiver Le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs

Dans panneau de configuration>desinstaller un programme>
desinstalle tout ce qui ressemble à "SearchSettings"

ton pc n'a pas l'air lourdement infecté mais je te conseillerai de faire une analyse avec Spybot S&D http://www.safer-networking.org/fr/ownmirrors1/index.html
car tu l'air d'utiliser eBay et Amazon, ce serait dommage de te faire voler tes infos bancaires par un spyware, non ?

Bonjour ,

J'ai fixer les lignes que vous m'avez indiquer.
J'ai notamment fait un scan avec spybot mais il n'a trouver aucun mouchard.

Mon pc se porte déjà mieux. 

J'attends votre réponse pour savoir si il y a autre chose a faire ou pas.

Télécharge GenProc sur ton bureau

Double-clique sur GenProc.exe

et poste le contenu du rapport qui s'ouvre à la suite de la question êtes vous aider par quelqu'un, répondre oui. Merci.

Pour ceux qui ont Vista, ne pas oublier de désactiver Le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs

IMPORTANT : Poste la procédure Genproc et ne fais rien d'autre pour l'instant ( souvent il faut ajouter des consignes à la manipe indiquée pour que cela fonctionne parfaitement )

Le rapport ce trouve soit  :

- Allez dans dossier Genproc, puis choisir le dossier page, ensuite choisir Genproc.html pour avoir le rapport sous navigateur internet

- Allez dans le dossier Genproc, puis choisir le dossier arguments, ensuite choisir Genproc.txt pour avoir le rapport format texte.

Télécharges OTMoveIt3 (de Old_Timer) sur ton Bureau.

Double cliques sur "OTMoveIt3.exe" pour ouvrir le prg .
Puis copies ce qui se trouve en citation ci-dessous,

[start explorer]
[Reboot]

et colles le dans le cadre de gauche de OTMoveIt3 :
Paste Instructions for items to be moved.
(ne touche à rien d'autre !)

-> cliques sur MoveIt! pour lancer la suppression.
-> laisses travailler l'outil ...

( Note : ton bureau va disparaitre puis réapparaitre, c'est normal .)

-> une fois finis , un petite fenêtre s'ouvre : cliques sur " Yes " .

Ton PC va redémarrer de lui même ...

-->Postes le contenu du rapport qui se trouve dans le dossier "C:\_OTMoveIt\MovedFiles"
( " xxxx2008_xxxxxx.log " où les "x" correspondent au jour et à l'heure de l'utilisation ).

pour avancer :


- Télécharge Random's System Information Tool (RSIT) (par random/random) sur ton Bureau. 

- Double-clique sur RSIT.exe afin de lancer le programme. 

- Clique sur Continue à l'écran Disclaimer.Choisis "1 months" dans le menu déroulant puis clique sur <continue>.  

- Si l'outil HijackThis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera (autorise l'accès dans ton pare-feu, si demandé) et tu devras accepter la licence. 

- Lorsque l'analyse sera terminée, deux fichiers texte s'ouvriront. Poste le contenu de log.txt (c'est celui qui apparaît à l'écran) ainsi que de info.txt (que tu verras dans la barre des tâches). 

Note : Les rapports sont sauvegardés dans le dossier C:\rsit.

Télécharge UsbFix sur ton bureau : 

=> Lance l’installation avec les paramètres par défaut 

Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) susceptible d’avoir été infectés sans les ouvrir 

=> Double clic sur le raccourci UsbFix sur ton bureau 

=> Sélectionne l’option 1 : recherche

=> Poste le rapport UsbFix.txt 

Notes : 
* Le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque 
* Si le Bureau ne réapparaît pas presse Ctrl + Alt + Suppr , Onglet "Fichier" , "Nouvelle tâche", tape explorer.exe et valide.

Si t'as plus RSIT  sur ton pc :

- Télécharge Random's System Information Tool (RSIT) (par random/random) sur ton Bureau.

Télécharge GenProc (de Jean-Chretien1 et Narco4) sur ton bureau (et pas ailleur !) : 


!!Déconnecte toi et ferme tes applications en cours !! 

Dézippe (=extraire tout) le contenu de ce que tu viens de télécharger sur ton bureau . 

Ouvre le dossier Genproc : 
double-clique sur GenProc.bat et laisse faire ... 

Une fois terminé, poste le contenu du rapport qui s'ouvre ...

IMPORTANT : poste le rapport et ne fais rien d'autre pour l'instant ( souvant il faut ajouter des consignes à la manipe indiquée pour que cela fonctionne parfaitement ) .

Fais un scan en ligne avec Kaspersky  (avec Internet Explorer) 

CLIQUE ICI

- En bas à droite, clique sur Démarrer Online-scaner 

- Dans la nouvelle fenêtre qui s’affiche, clique sur J’accepte 

- Accepte les Contrôles ActiveX 

- Choisis Poste de travail pour le scan. 

- Celui-ci terminé, sauvegarde (Choisis fichier texte) et poste le rapport 

- Pour t’aider à utiliser le scan en ligne, tu as un tuto ici

Note : 
Si tu reçois le message "La licence de Kaspersky On-line Scanner est périmée", va dans Ajout/Suppression de programmes puis désinstalle On-Line Scanner, reconnecte-toi sur le site de Kaspersky pour retenter le scan en ligne.
