Text messages from France to Belgium

Hello,

I hope you can help me...

If I send a text message from my mobile phone (and not via the internet) from France to a mobile in Belgium, I know that the text will be charged more than a regular text sent to a mobile in France.

--> But here’s the thing: when I send a text from France to a mobile in Belgium, will my Belgian correspondent have to pay an extra charge to receive a text from France???? Or will they receive my text (sent from France) without any charges (as if it were a text sent from a mobile in Belgium)?

Thank you for your response!!!!!

If your contact is in Belgium with a mobile from a French operator, it won't cost them anything and you will pay the normal SMS rate. Now, if they have a Belgian operator, they won't pay anything either, but you will pay more for your SMS.
Best regards.

You write +32 instead of +33 (in France)

I have a friend who went on vacation in the South of France, he sends me texts, he has a Belgian operator and I do too. Will I be charged for the texts I send him knowing that I have unlimited texts? Or will he be the only one paying?
