impression on half a page Solved

Question

Hello,  I have an Epson Stylus SX400 series printer and when I print, the output only comes out on half a sheet. Could someone please enlighten me about this issue? Thank you in advance.

I have the same problem too! What solution?? Printing on half a page (format ok, preview ok, ink ok, margins ok ...=)

Hi,

The problem may come from multiple causes, first you need to check the selection of the format of your sheets.
But before diving in headfirst, does the issue occur with all your software like Word, Excel, Works, or any others installed on your machine?

And when you do a print preview, what do you see, the whole page or half of it?
