Bottom border not appearing in print

Hello,
I have a document in Word 2003 (my CV) that contains borders. The problem is that in the preview I see the borders, and when I print it with a printer (HP LaserJet 4000 with toner cartridge) the borders appear correctly.
However, when I print the same Word file on a (HP DeskJet D1300 series) color printer, the bottom borders do not appear.
I am therefore intrigued. Should I make changes to the file or to the HP DeskJet D1300 series printer in order to make the bottom borders appear?
Here are the settings in the borders and shading option: top margin: 24 pt left 24 pt
bottom: 31 pt right: 24 pt

Thank you for your help.

    Hello,
I had exactly the same problem and I found the solution
you need to change the sheet size while of course staying in A4 but slightly reduce the length. I set mine to 28cm instead of the usual 29.7cm, there you go! Good luck!

Thank you very much Sab, you helped me solve my problem by reducing the length to 29cm instead of 29.7cm because with 28cm there would be too much empty space at the bottom.
      Thanks again.
