Probleme avec le CSS

Bonjour à tous,

Voila j'ai un probleme qui persiste et m'agace...

je voudrais savoir pourquoi il y a un tel espace

le probleme c'est surtout quand on zoom(CTRL+molette) a ce moment le corps se détache alors que je voudrais
que l'espacement entre la bannière et le corps soit toujours de + ou - 10pixels ...
