Virus qui empeche l'antivirus de fonctionner

Bonjour,
hier j'ai chopé un virus qui empeche mon antivirus de s'executer ( j'ai kaspersky is 2009) je l'es eu quand j'ai désactivé l'antivirus toute la soirée j'ai cherché mais j'ai pas trouvé la sollution :s
il detruit mon pc , déja une bonne partie de logiciels ne fonctionne plus . aidez moi svp

    Télécharges FindyKill de Chiquitine29 :

    ->Enregistres le sur ton bureau et pas ailleurs !

    !! Déconnectes toi et fermes toute applications en cours !!

    -> double-Cliques sur "FindyKill.exe" pour lancer l'installe de l'outil . Ne touche surtout pas aux paramètres d'installation.

    -->double cliques sur le raccourci " FindyKill " qui est sur ton bureau .
    -->choisis l'option 1 ( recherche ) . Puis laisses travailler l'outil sans rien toucher ...

    Une fois terminé, postes le rapport FindyKill.txt qui est généré ...

    ( Note : le rapport est sauvegardé à la racine du disque -> C:\FindyKill.txt )

    Salut !! essayes Malwarebyte anti malware et fait un scan complet en fermant toutes tes applications (il est téléchargeable sur ce site et gratuit) s'il trouve des virus ,supprime les. Surtout avant le scan fais la mise à jour de Malwarebyte

    - Deconnectes toi et fermes toutes les applications en cours

    - Branches tes disques amovibles ( clé usb, disque dur externe, ipod etc..) sans les ouvrir

    - Lances Findykill et choisis l'option2

    - il y aura redemarrages, laisses l'outil travailler

    - a la fin, un rapport c:\findykill.txt est généré, postes son contenu

    /!\si ton bureau ne reapparait pas, presse Ctrl+Alt+Suppr pour ouvrir le Gestionnaire des tâches.
    Onglet "Processus" > Fichier (menu) > Nouvelle tâche (Exécuter...) > tape explorer et clique sur OK.

    Telecharges RSIT " Random's System Information Tool " sur ton bureau : http://images.malwareremoval.com/random/RSIT.exe

    - Fermes toutes les applications en cours et double clic sur RSIT.exe
    - Selectionnes " Continue " à l'ecran >> RSIT va analyser le pc et verifier si l'outil hijackthis ( version à jour) est present sur le pc, si ce n'est pas le cas, RSIT le telechargera >> acceptes la license
    - Une fois l'analyse terminée, 2 rapports.txt s'ouvrent, log.txt à l'écran et info.txt dans la barre des taches
    - Postes le contenu des 2 rapports

    - Peux tu me dire pourquoi tu t'es servis de l'outil The Avenger ?

    - C'est un outil qui n'est pas à la portée de tous le monde !!!

    - Tu as commencé une desinfection sur un autre forum ?

    Telecharges et installes ccleaner :

    - Durant l'installation, décoches la case proposant la barre d'outils yahoo et celle :" ajouter l'option des mises à jour"

    - Une fois installé, fermes toutes les applications en cours et lance ccleaner
    - cliques >> option >> avancé et decoches " effacer les fichiers etc... plus vieux que 48h
    - Selectionnes " nettoyeur " >> cliques sur Analyse puis nettoyage, puis referme le programme...
    -------------------------------
    - telecharges SmitfraudFix et enregistres le sur ton bureau

    - Desactives la garde de ton antivirus

    - Double-cliques sur l'icone de ton bureau >> un fichier est créé

    - Fermes toutes les applications et double cliques sur Smitfraudfix.exe

    - Laisse toi guider et au menu, selectionne l'option1 puis patiente le temps de la recherche

    - Un rapport s'etablira en fin de scan, poste son contenu

    pour ce qui est de The avenger, je ne sais pas qu'est-ce que ça fait sur mon ordi.     Double-cliques sur Rhosts.exe et cliques sur "restaurer", puis refermes le programme...

    Ton pc est détourné vers l'Ukraine,

    -- relances Smitfraudfix et choisis l'option5

    -- Patientes le temps du scan et postes le rapport généré

    Puis,

    Redémarre en mode sans échec, Il faut pour cela, redémarrer le PC.

    - Une fois redémarré, après le chargement du Bios et avant l'apparition du logo Windows, tapotes la touche F8 ou F5(pour certains pc) à plusieurs reprises, pour accéder à l'image suivante:

    - sélectionnes avec les fléches de ton clavier --> Mode sans Echec, puis, presses la touche Entrée.

    *Une fois en MSE, double cliques sur Smitfraudfix.exe.

    - Sélectionnes l'option 2 pour supprimer les fichiers responsables de l'infection.

    -A la question Voulez-vous nettoyer le registre ?--> réponds O (oui) afin de débloquer le fond d'écran et supprimer les clés de démarrage automatique de l'infection. Le fix déterminera si le fichier wininet.dll est infecté.

    -A la question Corriger le fichier infecté ?--> réponds O (oui) pour remplacer le fichier corrompu.

    -Quittes le programme en appuyant sur Q.

    -Redémarres normalement et postes le rapport généré.

    Bonjour, j'ai fait la procédure, mais il y a eu deux petites choses qui ne ce sont pas déroulé comme prévu. premièerement je ne me suis jamais fait poser la question: Corriger le fichier infecté? dans smitfraudfix.exe. Et quand j'ai redémarrer normalement apres avoir été dans MSE et bien l'ordinateur est rester avec un écran noir. Il le voulait pas repartir. J'ai donc fait reset et je suis retourner en MSE. Là l'ordi a marché et j'Ai refait les étapes smitfraud. Au redémarrage ça a redémarrer normalment et correctement. Avais-je fait un erreur au premier coup je ne sais pas. Alors voici finalement le raport:

    Non, tu n'as commis aucune erreur...

    Telecharges Combofix et enregistres le sur ton bureau

    /!\ Desactives ton antivirus et la garde de ton antispyware ( si tu en as un) /!\

    - Deconnectes toi et fermes toutes les applications en cours
    - Double clic sur Combofix.exe >> un message apparait > réponds " oui "
    - ( Il est conseillé d'installer la console de recuperations)
    - Selectionnes la langue et presse la touche 1 ( yes) pour lancer le scan

    /!\ Ne touche ni à la souris, ni au clavier durant le scan, cela pourrait figer l'ordi /!\

    - A la fin du scan, Combofix aura besoin de redemarrer pour finir la desinfection, laisses le faire
    - Une fois terminé, un rapport s'affiche, poste son contenu que tu peux aussi trouver à c:\combofix.txt

    Télécharges ATF Cleaner par Atribune sur ton bureau

    - Démarres ATF-Cleaner et coches toutes les cases.

    - Cliques sur <Empty Selected> et au message "Done Cleaning" sur <Ok>
    NB : Si tu utilises Firefox ou Opera :

    - Cliques sur Firefox ou Opera en haut puis choisis <Select All>.

    - Cliques sur le bouton <Empty Selected>
    (NB : Si tu veux conserver tes mots de passe sauvegardés alors cliques sur <No> à l'invite).

    - Cliques sur <Main> pour revenir à menu principal

    - Cliques sur <Exit>, du menu prinicipal, pour quitter ATFcleaner.
    NB : Si le prefetch est nettoyé le redémarrage du PC sera plus lent.

    > Avec Combofix :
    - Crées un nouveau document texte : clic droit de souris sur le bureau => Nouveau => Document Texte, et copies/colles dedans les lignes suivantes :

    - Enregistres ce fichier sous le nom CFScript (Type du fichier : tous les fichiers)

    - Fermes tous tes navigateurs web (donc copies ou imprimes les instructions suivantes avant si necessaire).

    - Désactives ton antivirus et tes autres protections résidentes (ex : Spybot) si tu en as (c'est important).

    - Fais un glissé/déposé de ce fichier CFScript sur le programme ComboFix.exe comme sur le lien :

    ( Cliques sur le fichier CFScript, maintiens le doigt enfoncé et glisses la souris pour que l'icône du CFScript vienne recouvrir l'icône de Combofix. Relâche alors le bouton de la souris).
    - Combofix va démarrer puis une fenêtre bleue va apparaître.

    - Patientes le temps du scan. Le bureau va disparaître à plusieurs reprises: c'est normal !

    - Ne touches à rien tant que le scan n'est pas terminé sinon le PC peut planter !

    - Une fois le scan achevé, un rapport va s'afficher: poste le stp.

    - Telecharges Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware

    - Installes le > double-clic sur Mbam-setup.exe, à la fin de l'installation, il se mettra automatiquement à jour

    - Une fois installé, fermes toutes les applications en cours et lances Malwarebytes

    - Executes un examen rapide du pc ( tu n'auras pas accés à internet pendant l'analyse)

    - A la fin du scan cliques sur " Afficher les resultats ", si Malwarebytes a trouvé des infections >> clic sur " Supprimer la selection "

    - Si il a besoin de redemarrer le pc pour finir la desinfection, acceptes

    - Un rapport s'etablira, postes son contenu

    - D'abord je réponds à ta question au sujet de la citation :

    - CCM est fait pour ça entre autre...

    * Sur ce, on va finaliser !

    Cliques sur Démarrer puis Exécuter. Tapes combofix /u dans la zone de saisie puis OK.
    - ( il y a un espace entre combofix et /u)

    - On va te débarasser des outils téléchargés ( les fix) car ils ne doivent pas rester sur ton pc, ça pourrait devenir des sources à problèmes et puis ils ne te serviraient à rien à l'avenir car ils sont régulièrement mis à jour et deviendraient donc obsolètes...

    Telecharges Toolscleaner2 sur ton bureau :

    - Double-cliques sur l'icone de ton bureau
    - Cliques sur " Recherche " et patientes
    - Ciques ensuites sur" supprimer " pour finaliser
    - Clic sur exit >> un rapport sera généré, postes son contenu

    ------------------------------
    Ouvres Ccleaner et cliques sur Nettoyeur --> Analyse et nettoyage

    - Cliques sur " Registre " --> Chercher des erreurs --> corriger les erreurs--> recommence l'opération jusqu'à 0 erreurs --> si tu n'as pas touché aux autres paramètres de Ccleaner, tu peux répondre " Non " à la sauvegarde du registre

    Fais un scan en ligne ici https://www.kaspersky.fr/?domain=webscanner.kaspersky.fr (Avec Internet Explorer)

    - En bas à droite, clique sur Démarrer Online-scanner

    - Dans la nouvelle fenêtre qui s'affiche, clique sur J'accepte

    - Accepte les Contrôles ActiveX

    - Choisis Poste de travail pour le scan.

    - Celui-ci terminé, sauvegarde (Choisis fichier texte) et poste le rapport

    NOTE : Si tu reçois le message "La licence de Kaspersky On-line Scanner est périmée", va dans Ajout/Suppression de programmes puis désinstalle On-Line Scanner, reconnecte-toi sur le site de Kaspersky pour retenter le scan en ligne.
