Silvercrest mouse issue Solved

Question

Hello,
Hello everyone, I have a little problem with my Silvercrest wireless mouse. I have the wheel in the middle like all mice, and side buttons to go back to the previous page and the next page, as well as zoom buttons.
Here’s my problem,
everything is misconfigured and when I scroll the wheel, the volume decreases or increases, and when I click on it, it mutes the sound. When I press the zoom button, it takes me into Windows Media Player.
I checked the settings, and nothing changes. I am on Vista.
In the mouse settings, are there any other settings that I could change?

In fact, on the OPI button, you need to press it for about 5 seconds to access the second parameters of the mouse, which are the access to Windows Media. Actually, on the mouse buttons, there are 2 colors, one for each of the 2 functions of the mouse ;-)

AHah, Silvercrest, there are really plenty of people who have problems with this gear from Lidl :p

Well, for your problem, I think you should uninstall everything related to your mouse, then you have two options.

1) You throw it as far as you can out of a 10th-floor window.
2) You reinstall the drivers ;)

lol I will first try the second step ^^ and if it doesn't work I will take the solution from the 10th floor lol :) regarding the price, it seemed good to me :(

I believe that's what I'm going to do because I uninstalled everything and put it back on another USB port, and no :s well, I just have to try to find the receipt :( well, I'll wait 3-4 weeks, thanks Lidl :D

Bha great :o by the way I have a little button above the wheel and I have to press it for a few seconds for it to go back as it should :D it was really silly but it's done :)
