I'm not receiving all my Hotmail messages. Solved/Closed

Hello,
As indicated in the title, I noticed that I'm not receiving all my messages on Hotmail; for example, I was sent a message both on Hotmail and another messaging service: I never received it on Hotmail. Furthermore, there have been times when my messages haven't been received!!!
Am I the only one in this situation???
If this is confirmed, I am considering stopping using Hotmail; but on one hand, I appreciate having MSN Messenger and on the other hand, where would I go????

Hello,
today I just realized that I am not receiving the emails my mother sends me on Hotmail. I just figured out what the problem is. Go to Options in the top right, then Other Options. Click on Safe and blocked senders, and then press Blocked senders. You will then see the blocked senders.
I don’t know how my mother ended up in the blocked senders. So I advise you to check!

Hello,
I also no longer receive emails from addresses other than Hotmail. I think I found the problem. Go to Options at the top right, then to More Options. Click on Filters and Reports. In the first section (Blocking Level Choices), check that the checked box is set to low. I was on exclusive and now the problem is solved.

DISADVANTAGE: You are effectively "deactivating" the ANTI-SPAM FILTER of HOTMAIL. Indeed, when you are on "exclusive," all emails from addresses not listed in your "contacts" are sent to the "spam" folder. Now you will receive a higher number of SPAMS, but you won't lose some of your emails...
