A great birthday message

Hello everyone!
I want to give a birthday gift to a good friend who will turn 16 this Monday.
So, I wrote a little poem, made a small photo montage, and I also found a great song to accompany it all.
Now the problem is that I can't figure out how to show her all this? é_è
I don't know if I can create a web page with a link where I could directly add the music so that it plays automatically as soon as she visits the page.
I've tried to do this on a forum, but I can't figure out how to add music in MP3 format?
Is this doable?

I would like to learn it, but I don’t think it can be done in 2 days :'(
