Keyboard inverted keys issue

Hello,
I have a problem with my keyboard after a mishap while typing a text in Word.
The home and end keys, as well as the arrow keys, are reversed.

For me, it's more the WASD keys and the arrows that are reversed, so to fix this issue, you need to press Fn + Windows. Fn = Function - Windows = it's the key.

For us, the solution was to unplug the keyboard and simply plug it back in. The other methods did not work.

Thank you, I had tried all the combinations and finally, just unplugged and plugged back in... and everything is fixed. Thank you ????
