Programme au demarrage

salut je voudrais oter cetain logiciel au demarrage automatique au lancement de windows j'ai acun racourcit dans demarrage du menu demarrer !

je pense que les msn ctfmon grid nero nwiz vc rect peuvent etre suprime!
mais je suis pas sur et dans les autres que puis je suprimer également?
et je ne sais plus ou alle pour faire cela !!
