Hello,
I subscribed to the €1 offer for the Wii and chose the 1h+1h plan from Bouygues Telecom with the online bonus of 120 SMS.
Since I moved, I have never received my bills at home but at my parents' house, and I attributed my slight overage to exceeding my usage time. This month, I decided to switch to online billing, and I noticed that the SMS were being charged to me.
The amount is not huge (around 70 euros), but I would like a refund.
Who should I contact for my refund: Rueducommerce.fr or Bouygues Telecom? Do I have a chance of my request being successful?
