Hello,
We have an Ingenico 7770 payment terminal. Normally, the automatic collection takes place at night, but for the past few days (apparently due to a complete battery discharge), it is no longer happening automatically. We have to do it manually every morning.
Could someone provide me with information on the configuration options for this automatic collection?
Ingenico does not respond directly to users.

It regularly happens after a power cut, whether from the battery or the mains, that the payment terminal loses some parameters.
To remedy this, it is often enough to perform a "remote parameterization" which will allow the terminal to connect to the banking server so that it automatically sets up the terminal in return.
Select menu - select CB EMV+ validate - select remote parameterization + validate
The remote parameterization takes about 2 minutes.
If there is no automatic data collection following this operation ==> refer to the technical support for the payment terminal associated with the bank card contract.
