I'm sorry kelkun13 but the link you provided concerns "Valid indicators before March 24, 2006"!!!
I wonder how long it has been since this site was updated??!! This information is no longer valid... The numbering changed since March 7, 2009 and not 2006!!!
Sorry again but the indicator is currently 216 instead of 212 since according to the operators we have to add a 6 after the first 0 for mobile phones and 5 after the first 0 for landlines...
e.g.:
instead of 0xx xx xx xx
the number according to the new procedure is: 06xx xx xx xx so 10 digits instead of 9! Thus 216 as the indicator for abroad and not 212!
