Tu as bien une infection....

Pour ceux qui ont vista, ne pas oublier de désactiver  compte des utilisateurs


Télécharge ToolBarSD (Team IDN) sur ton Bureau. 

* Lance l'installation du programme en exécutant le fichier téléchargé. 
* Clic droit en tant qu'administrateur maintenant sur le raccourci de Toolbar-S&D. 
* Sélectionne la langue souhaitée en tapant la lettre de ton choix puis en validant avec la touche Entrée. 
* Choisis maintenant l'option 1 (Recherche). Patiente jusqu'à la fin de la recherche. 
* Poste le rapport généré. (C:\TB.txt)

Relance Toolbar-S&D pour le nettoyage en cliquant droit en tant qu'admin...sur le raccourci.
 Tape sur "2" puis valide en appuyant sur "Entrée". 

! Ne ferme pas la fenêtre lors de la suppression ! 

Un rapport sera généré, poste son contenu ici. 

NOTE : Si ton Bureau ne réapparait pas, appuie simultanément sur Ctrl+Alt+Suppr pour ouvrir le Gestionnaire des tâches. 
Rends-toi sur l'onglet "Processus". Clique en haut à gauche sur Fichier et choisis "Exécuter..." 
Tape explorer puis valide.

voici le rapport d'activité de l'étape 2. Petite question : dans ton précédent message tu me parles de la manip nécessaire à la réapparition du bureau. Le bureau (les icones des différents fichiers qui s'y trouvent) n'a jamais disparu...est ce normal?

juste en passant je viens de m'apercevoir que tu avais 2 antivirus 
c'est super deconseillé
vires norton il est dépassé et garde antivir, il est tres bien et gratuit en +

t'inquietes pas ca va etre long (si je suis parti, je reviens demain matin) je t'oublies pas !;) 

Imprime ces instructions ou sauvegarde les sur ton Bureau car il faudra fermer toutes les fenêtres et applications lors de l'installation et de l'analyse.

Malwarebytes-anti-malware


- Sur la page cliques sur Télécharger Malwarebyte’s Anti-Malware 
- Enregistres le sur le bureau 
- Double cliques sur le fichier téléchargé pour lancer le processus d’installation 
- Lorsqu’il te le sera demandé, met à jour Malwarebytes anti malware 
- Si le pare-feu demande l’autorisation de se connecter pour malwarebytes, acceptes 
- Une fois la mise à jour terminée, ferme Malwarebytes 
- Double-cliques sur l’icône de malwarebytes pour le relancer 
- Dans l’onglet, Recherche, probablement ouvert par défaut, 
- Sélectionne Exécuter un examen complet 
- Clique sur Rechercher 
- Le scan démarre 
- A la fin de l’analyse, un message s’affiche : L’examen s’est terminé normalement. Cliquez sur ‘Afficher les résultats’ pour afficher tous les objets trouvés. 
- Cliques sur Ok pour poursuivre. 
- Si des malwares ont été détectés, cliques sur Afficher les résultats 
- Sélectionnes tout (ou laisses cochés) et cliques sur Supprimer la sélection Malwarebytes va détruire les fichiers et clés de registre et en mettre une copie dans la quarantaine. 
- Malwarebytes va ouvrir le bloc-notes et y copier le rapport d’analyse. 
- Rends toi dans l’onglet rapport/log 
- Tu cliques dessus pour l’afficher une fois affiché 
- Tu cliques sur édition en haut du bloc notes, et puis sur sélectionner tout 
- Tu recliques sur édition et puis sur copier et tu reviens sur le forum et dans ta réponse

Bonjour, voici le rapport de MBAM. Ceci étant j'aurais une question avant. 
Antivir me repère un virus quand je branche mon disque dur externe qui s'appelle me semble-t-il "Autorun.ky". Il s' agit d'un disque Seagate de 120Go sur lequel il n'y a que des .pdf et rien d'autre...est ce un autre virus ? Je suis surpris d'avoir encore sur la machine des éléments relatifs à Norton, je l'ai supprimé pour installer Antivir dès que j'ai récupéré la machine c'est à dire il y a deux ans environ. J'ai utilisé pour ce faire un soft spécial et j'ai dégagé du registre tous les éléments relatifs à Symantec. Aurais-je mal fait mon boulot?

ok pour ton disque externe fais ceci :

Télécharge Flash Disinfector (de sUBs) sur ton Bureau. 
ICI
• Lance le
• Une fenêtre "Start Flash Disinfector" va apparaître --> branche tous tes disques amovibles (clés USB, lecteurs mp3, disques durs externes, iPod...) et clique sur OK. 
• Tes icônes vont disparaitre, c'est normal, ne touche à rien pendant la désinfection. 
• Lorsque le message "Finish" apparaît, clique sur OK.

et pour le crack vu plus haut, laisses tomber, j'suis fatigué, voila ce que toolbar sd a trouvé comme crack:

bon ensuite il faut virer les anciens points de restauration, en cas de problemes tu

 Désactiver la restauration du système sur tous les lecteurs 
 Clique sur OK.

Très bien, ton ordinateur n'est plus infecté ! 

Avant de retourner surfer sur internet, il y a quelques petites choses que tu dois faire pour finir le nettoyage et améliorer sensiblement la sécurité de ton ordinateur, ça t'évitera peut-être de devoir revenir ici avec une nouvelle infection dans le futur ;) Mais sache qu'aucun logiciel de sécurité ne te protègera à 100%, ce qui fait la différence, c'est ta vigilance lorsque tu télécharges ou installes quelque chose : pour en savoir plus, je t'invite à bien lire la page indiquée tout en bas de ce message . 



1) Les barres d'outils 

Souvent installées avec d'autres logiciels sans que l'utilisateur y fasse attention, les barres d'outils se multiplient sur les ordinateurs et ont deux résultats : ralentir les ordinateurs et provoquer des bugs des navigateurs. 

2) Sécurise ton ordinateur 

 Anti-spyware : 

* Installe spyware-blaster


 : il ne prend pas de mémoire, c'est juste un logiciel qui vaccine ton pc contre certaines infections. Il faut le mettre à jour manuellement (« Updates »), tous les 15 jours environ, et activer toutes les protections (« Enable all protection ») 

* En complément, garde MalwareBytes pour son scan de nettoyage performant. (1 fois / mois)

 deux extensions pour Firefox : 
 ADBLOCKPLUS pour bloquer les publicités .

 WOT pour t'avertir des sites web dangereux

3) Télécharge ToolsCleaner sur ton Bureau pour nettoyer l'ordi de tous les outils qu'on a utilisé : 
Toolscleaner


Lance le, clique sur Recherche et laisse le scan se finir, puis clique sur Suppression pour nettoyer. 
Tu peux aussi supprimer les fichiers temporaires. 
Ensuite, supprime manuellement ToolsCleaner (mets le à la corbeille). 
S'il ne supprime pas tout, supprime manuellement ce qui reste. 


4) Télécharge et installe CCleaner (si ce n’est déjà fait) : 

Lance CCleaner 
Option --> avancé --> décoche « effacer uniquement les fichiers plus vieux que 48h » 
Puis nettoyeur --> Analyse > Lancer le nettoyage, puis sur OK dans la fenêtre qui s' affiche. 
Enfin, registre --> corrige toutes les erreurs, et recommence jusqu'à ce qu'il ne trouve plus d'erreurs. 

(Tu peux garder ce logiciel et l'utiliser régulièrement).

Voilà j'ai effectué toutes les manips que tu m'as recommandées tout est niquel. J'aurai une question au demeurant : 
Anti vir m'a dit la chose suivante :

Erreur Systeme [21] le peripherique n'est pas pret

et il n'a pas pu ouvrir les fichiers C:\hyberfil.sys et C:\pagefiles

Simple curiosité et si tu as le temps...je ne voudrais pas abuser non plus...ça veut dire quoi qu'est ce que ça implique? 

Je ne sais pas si les noms sont exacts s'ils ne le sont pas ou ne te disent rien ne te prends pas la tête à chercher.

Quoiqu'il en soit merci infiniment pour ton aide ta disponiblité et ta patience...

Salut,

Antivir m'a dit ça après avoir nettoyé la machine en suivant tes consignes. Mais il me le dit de manière vraiment systématique, je veux dire par là qu'il me l'a toujours dit.

AntiVir affiche toujours au moins un avertissement sur le fichier pagefile.sys (fichier d'échange de Windows) 

Sur les ordinateur où la veille prolongée est activée, un fichier hiberfil.sys provoque également un avertissement. Ce fichier est utilisé par Windows pour pouvoir enregistrer toute la mémoire avant de se mettre en veille. Pour le désactiver : https://www.commentcamarche.net/list 7457 fichier hiberfil sys a la racine du disque 

Les avertissements signifient seulement qu'AntiVir ne peut pas scanner ces deux fichiers, c'est normal.
