- Pour supprimer les restes de Mcafee :
- clic sur Démarrer > Exécuter et saisis services.msc puis OK.
- Dans le fenêtre qui vas s"afficher cherche ce qui est en rapport avec MCafee et fait ceci :
- Double-clique dessus.
- Dans Statut du service, clique sur Arrêter.
- Dans Type de démarrage, choisis Désactiver.
- Fais OK pour fermer toutes les fenêtres.
- Est-ce que tu reçois des messages d'erreurs SideBySide de la part du centre d'aide et de supports ?

Telecharges OTMoveIt3 de Oldtimer et enregistre le sur le bureau

- Desactives la garde de ton antivirus
- Fermes toutes les applications en cours et double clic sur OTMoveIT
- Assures toi que la case " Unregister Dll's and ocx's " soit bien cochée et copie ( ctrl+ C) ce qui est ci dessous " :

- Clic sur " Moveit! " pour lancer la suppression et laisse l'outil travailler
- Ton bureau va disparaitre, c'est normal...
- Lorque le resultat apparait dans le cadre " results " cliques sur " Exit "
- Otmoveit devra peut etre redemarrer le pc pour finir la suppression, clic sur " yes " si cela s'avère utile...
- Le rapport se trouve à C:\_OtmoeIt\Moved Files\x x x x x x x x x.log
- Les infections trouvées par avira sont pour la plupart dans la resto systeme >> pas de danger, on purgera à la fin...
- J'aimerais que tu lances un scan en lignes avec Kaspersky :

N.B. : Le scan ne fonctionne que sous Internet Explorer.
- Pendant la démonstration en ligne, on t'explique la marche à suivre, et pour lancer le scan il faut sélectionner < Exécuter l'analyse en ligne >.
- On va te demander de télécharger un contrôle ActiveX, acceptes .
- Dans le menu < Choisissez la cible de l'analyse >, sélectionne < Poste de travail >. Le scan va commencer.
(clique sur <enregistrer le rapport> puis sauvegarde-le sur ton bureau en choisissant "fichier texte (*.txt)" pour l'extension).
S'il y a un problème, assure toi que les contrôles active x sont bien configurés dans les options internet comme décrit sur ce lien : http://www.inoculer.com/activex.php3
NOTE : Si tu reçois le message "La licence de Kaspersky On-line Scanner est périmée", va dans Ajout/Suppression de programmes puis désinstalle On-Line Scanner, reconnecte toi sur le site de Kaspersky pour retenter le scan en ligne.
Pour le rapport Kaspersky il faut que tu choisisses "Afficher le rapport" puis que tu l'enregistres sur ton bureau sous forme de fichier texte (type de fichier "tous les fichiers").

mcafee n'existe plus dans mon program files je l'Avait deleter .
et oui c'est une version piratée du XP du PC de ma belle soeur .
a ma connaissance je ne recoit pas de side by side ...
j'ai commencer le travail pour OTMoveIt3 ... ca fait 3-4 minute et j'Attends encore le resultat . qui a commencer a s'Afficher .

- Ok, donc laisses tomber pour " Microsoft "
- Si tu peux conseiller ta belle soeur, dis lui de passer à une version officielle, il y a une recrudescence de virus "Virut " ces temps-ci et c'est une vraie plaie > obligé de desinfecter avant de formater.
