Hello,
If you have a problem with file compression or decompression, you're not obligated to use Winzip,
Check here Winzip equivalent (free) >>> http://www.commentcamarche.net/faq/sujet 6047 winzip free equivalent

Hi Abdou,
Disconnect your webcam from the PC, start the driver installation (double click on the setup file), then plug in the webcam when prompted by the wizard.

Thank you soooo much "Pico.l" for replying to me.. but it still doesn't work, By the way, when I downloaded the driver, I wasn't given what we call SETUP.. Someone gave me something when I open it, it shows UNZIP and other things.. You could download it yourself to see.. Here’s the link if you want: '$ :'$ ':$ http://www.trust.com/products/productdrivers.aspx?artnr=13177 (Thanks again one more time!!)
Yes, you need to unzip it:
Either double click on the file and choose the path (a folder) for unzipping (for example c:\download\) then click on "Unzip"
Or right-click on the file and select "Extract"
P.S.: If you don’t have an unzipping software, install " 7zip " or another one >>> http://www.commentcamarche.net/faq/6047-equivalent-de-winzip-gratuit

Okay, try to install the driver manually
Plug in your webcam, open the Device Manager, right-click on the device (webcam) >>> update driver >>> select "no, not this time" >>> next >>> from a list >>> browse >>> and select the folder C:\download\???

What file did you download? Did you check your webcam model?

The problem is that I am being asked to purchase WinZip.
Too bad and thanks again.
