Connection to monzoo.net

Hello, I have been registered on monzoo.net for a few years, and since this morning, I can no longer access this site. When I type "monzoo.net" in the address bar, it says "Page loading error." However, I can access any other site, and I have already tried restarting my computer. Could someone please help me? That would be very kind of you.

apparently the Monzoo team is changing the operation of the spies. They are likely in a testing phase or something like that. Moreover, the adventurers have only recently been integrated, so they might already be making adjustments...

anyway, don't panic, it'll be back...

or maybe some nasty pirates have attacked MONZOO!!!!!

Well, I see that there are people in the same situation as me.
Phew, that reassures me; it means it's just a maintenance issue then.
On the other hand, I managed to connect via my mobile phone, but the only thing I can do is send a message or read mine; I can't take care of my pets or anything else, so that doesn't really help me much.
Well, I hope they will quickly restore the connection.

It's still possible they have a serious cashew crash issue, I don’t know.

I believe it's coming back little by little........connection to the site, but no map or access to the office (that's annoying because if everything doesn't return to normal before midnight, I think there will be disasters in the park tomorrow....well, they have to be fed, those little creatures)
Just to be safe, I won't even try to open my second park.

As long as your zoo remains closed and you don’t open it, nothing changes; no need to feed your animals, but it’s still annoying.

Hi, I think they're updating the site or they've completely shut it down!!! Try tomorrow and then the other days; if there's still nothing in a week, it means they've stopped the site.

They absolutely must not stop Monzoo because it would be really a shame!! What am I going to do without Monzoo?

I've got another question for Monzoo. When we buy a plant at Botanica, where do they go afterward or where can we see them? Because I bought two, but I can't find them anywhere. Thank you.

When you click on "la botanica" you have an image of your greenhouse and that's where you should see your plants;
I don't know what else to tell you because normally if you managed to place bids you should see your plants in the greenhouse....?! now if the bids you won are from today with all the bugs then...?

By the way, MONZOO IS ACCESSIBLE and everything is working....yay!!!!

Perform a new search for the site "monzoo" on Google (forget the addresses in the bookmarks and monzoo.net);
then click on the site "online simulation game...etc" and it will work

you have to wait for DNS propagation
it's normal that the site is not available at the same time for everyone
it depends on your geolocation and your internet service provider, it can take between 1 hour and 48 hours

ps: you are not the only one Sangounette...patience (I know it's easier said than done...lol)

I tried the same date as you, they said there was a small problem that would last a day. This morning, I tried and it works.

I'm registered on mondozoo and it works, but not on monzo.

The problem has been resolved; it was probably maintenance done by the site lol I worried for nothing!

It's working again, but I had to disconnect the firewall, connect to MonZoo, and then turn it back on. Apparently, it was my firewall that didn't recognize it. Now I've reactivated it and it's working perfectly.
