Bonjour,
j'ai effectué un scan en mode sans échec avec Antivir et celui -ci m'a trouvé 2 virus que j'ai mis en quarantaine.
Après redémarrage j'effectue un scan en ligne sur https://www.pandasecurity.com/ et il me trouve dors et déjà 3 fichiers infectés. Sous Antivir les 2 virus étaient :
TR/AGENT.620544.A
TR/Crypt.Xpack.Gen
Que dois-je faire ? Merci

Oui, puisque je vous fais cette proposition c'est que, forcément, je pense que ça vous réglera le problème. J'ai vécu la même chose sous Avast!Home et c'est comme ça que, grâce une aide généreuse et efficace d'un PC astucien, je m'en suis sorti. Désinstallez ensuite votre antivirus actuel et installer nod32 puis faites un scan minutieux en supprimant tous les virus qui seront détectés.

Oui, puisque je vous fais cette proposition c'est que, forcément, je pense que ça vous réglera le problème. J'ai vécu la même chose sous Avast!Home et c'est comme ça que, grâce une aide généreuse et efficace d'un PC astucien, je m'en suis sorti. pourquoi ce scan en ligne devrait améliorer quelquechose ? Fixe-t-il les virus aussi ?
D'autres part et surtout mon alimentation a rendu l'âme hier et donc je n'aurai pas accès a mon ordinateur d'ici la mais je ne manquerai pas de faire le test des que possible, merci
