Problème de lancement Vista écran bleu

Bonjour, donc voila l'ordi portable de ma mère a eu un problème, on l'a pas utilisé d'une semaine et qand on l'a sorti il y avait un mesage comme quoi il arrivait pas à lancer Windows, l'outil de redémarrage système marche pas et quand on lance windows normailement, il charge avec la barre et de suite après écran bleu une demi seconde et redémarrage.
Après avoir regardé sur les forum, j'ai fait F8 et j'ai mis le truc pour pas que ca redémarrde quand ca plante. Le message ca donne ca (en anglais):
