Issue with my STOREX external hard drive

Hello,
I just had a problem today with my external drive STOREX Club U2S-350: the blue light is flashing and it won’t turn on.
I bought it a month ago, I installed it by following the steps and I used it without any problems several times.
However, today when I tried to turn it on: I plugged it in, switched it on, and the small blue light started to flash. The USB port on my computer obviously did not recognize the STOREX device… So I can’t use the external drive and my personal data is locked inside (I have stored photos, music, and images there)!
Could you please let me know what this bug might be caused by, considering that I haven't dropped it or handled it violently… Thank you in advance!!

Hello.
Check that the power and USB cords are properly connected, that the power outlet is secure, test on another USB port, unplug and replug the external HDD, restart your PC.
Check the device manager to see if any driver has an issue (yellow question mark)
