Incapable de me débarasser d'un virus

Bonjour,

je n,arrive pas a me débarasser du virus TROJAN.BRISV. ALINF. mon antivirus es norton interner security..

J'ai suivi les conseils sur le site web de norton en telechargeant le logiciel qui aurais du me débarasser des deux fichiers infesté mais ils sont toujours la et je n'arrive pas a supprimer directement les fichiers.

je ne sais plus quoi faire ...a l'aide quelqu'un

    slt colle le rapport pour voir les fichiers infectés

    puis

    Télécharge ici :

    http://images.malwareremoval.com/random/RSIT.exe

    random's system information tool (RSIT) par andom/random et sauvegarde-le sur le Bureau.

    Double-clique sur RSIT.exe afin de lancer RSIT.

    Clique Continue à l'écran Disclaimer.

    Si l'outil HijackThis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera (autorise l'accès dans ton pare-feu, si demandé) et tu devras accepter la licence.

    Lorsque l'analyse sera terminée, deux fichiers texte s'ouvriront.

    Poste le contenu de log.txt (<<qui sera affiché)
    ainsi que de info.txt (<<qui sera réduit dans la Barre des Tâches).

    NB : Les rapports sont sauvegardés dans le dossier C:\rsit

      Merci pour ton aide...je n'arrive pas a copier les fichiers...via ce site.. disons que mes notions en informatique ne sont pas très bonne a ce niveau

      j,espère vraiment que ca va fonctionner ...je vous donne des nouvelles dès que ce virus serais enlever de ce dossier

      Voila je crois que j'ai enfin réussi un copier coller lol...mes deux fichiers infesté se trouve dans mon dossier " incomplete"
