Unknown numbers in 0180 and 0173

Hello,

Two unknown numbers are regularly calling me during the day, sometimes up to 5 times a day!!!
Naturally, it's impossible to know who they are by using sites like ctqui.com....
I don't live in the Paris region and have little knowledge there...
Could someone give me some information?

According to the results from Google, these numbers are known as scams...

Now, I don't call back if I don't recognize the number. If it's urgent, they can call back.
