EEPROM for Epson CX4300 / CX5500

Hello,
I have an Epson CX4300 printer and I want to reset (reinitialize) its cartridges
so I need a resetter because SSC Server is not compatible
and I tried http://www.mediafire.com/?apmmjzdzjm0 but there is an error EEPROM can't load
please help me
Configuration: Windows Vista Internet Explorer 7.0

Hi

I have the same problem as you, and apart from the rechargeable cartridges, I still haven't found a solution...
