Hello,

I ordered a flat screen worth €1200 from DIABOLEO, order placed on 01/16/09, payment processed on 01/22/09, delivery time 12 to 21 days, as of today 02/11/09 I still haven't received anything. I do not recommend this site, which does not respect delivery deadlines and, moreover, collects your money before delivery. REAL LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM FROM THIS SITE.

    Hello everyone.
    Be careful buying from the DIABOLEO site. I'm really disappointed.
    I ordered a Panasonic Blu Ray DVD player, series 80. I placed the order on March 21, 2009, the money was taken on March 27, 2009, and until now I haven't received anything.
    Two weeks ago, I called DIABOLEO to ask where my order (615654) was and they told me that I was the second customer to order this product and that the delivery would be made within the announced time frame. I called them again a week ago without introducing myself. I asked them if they had already delivered this product to customers, and they replied, "We have delivered to quite a few customers." I then said, how come I, who was the second customer to order the product, hadn't received anything.
    Yesterday, April 17, I called again to inquire and they told me that they had only received one piece, delivered to the first customer who ordered, and that the second would be for me. Now I really don't trust them and have serious doubts.

      Absolutely to avoid! My experience: ordered a Philips Aurea television ("high-end"): it arrived in a makeshift package, without a manual, without accessories, and broken! A pleasure! Especially since the very friendly seller had assured me that he had tested it "personally"!

      What great experiences with Diaboleo. They have a number that is always available and free.
      They don't charge your credit card at the time of ordering like many others.
      They call you to keep you informed and suggest a delivery date that suits you.
      I have had all my home appliances delivered by them and those of my children for several years now. They are available and honest.
      Well done! I continue to be a customer.

    I just purchased a Philips LCD TV 47PFL9664H that crossed France in perfect condition within 48 hours. The price is very reasonable compared to the industry giants, and the information provided over the phone is quick, clear, accurate, precise, and most importantly, NOT SURCHARGED!
    Impossible to criticize; we just need to encourage them to keep going. I give them 5 stars without any hesitation.
