Bonjour,
je n'arrive pas a afficher des pages web et meme les mises a jour de mes logiciels a partir de mon bureau qui es connecter a mon modem routeur . jai verifier dans les parametres de connection et les icones de connection internet du bureau sa affiche que je suis connecter a internet mieux les autres ordinateurs sont connecter tous a partir du modem routeur . merci pour votre aide

    1)pour vista si infection.

    Désactive le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs (tu le réactiveras après ta désinfection: IMPORTANT A NE SURTOUT PAS OUBLIER):

    - Va dans démarrer puis panneau de configuration
    - Double Clique sur l'icône "Comptes d'utilisateurs"
    - Clique ensuite sur désactiver et valide.

    2)telecharge cela:util pour voir ce que peut etre l infection et agir ensuite.

    installe le normallement comme tout autre programme dans c/programme/...............
    clique sur do a scan and save a logfile, tu obtiens un rapport que tu colles.

    je ne te propose pas 1) ou 2), c est plutot les 2 qui sont a effectuer le premier est une regle lors d une infection avec vista , c est pour bien desinfecter et pas de soucis d utilisation des programmes que l on te fait telecharger et le 2) c est pour essayer de voir quelle salete tu as chope.

    desinstalle avast , regle un seul antivirus sur un pc. plusieurs peuvent entrainer un conflit des programmes.

    ton rapport a l air clean .
    passe ce programme car tres util . si il ne te trouve pas d infection alors pose une question dans le forum reseau.

    passe cet antimalware, fait comme indique
    Telecharges malwaresbytes antimalwares(MBAM) : egalement tres util sur pb de pub mais pas tous malheureusement

    fais comme indique,mise a jour , scan complet en mode sans echec et les rapports.
    COLLE LE RAPPORT APRES SUPPRESSION MERCI.

    garde le et lance un scan tout les mois comme indique.

    si tu as ad aware tu peux desinstalle car il ne reconnait plus grand chose.
