Hello,
I see that some people have a lot of experience with scheduling, I have been brainstorming and I haven't found anyone who could help me......... maybe Raymond...........
I am a nurse and we work 12 hours a day for about 12 to 14 days in 4 weeks
12 hours a day, so from 6:45 AM to 7:45 PM for the first nurse
7:15 AM to 8:15 PM for the second
2 nurses per day
We used to have a fixed rotation which was great, now we have to do nights and it's getting complicated; we no longer have a rotation, we never know at least a month in advance how we're working the next month
So working hours are 6:45 AM to 7:45 PM or 7:15 AM to 8:15 PM for the day shifts (2 people for the daytime, 1 hour break)
8:00 PM to 7:00 AM for the night shift (1 person)
We are 7 full-time nurses but two people only do day shifts
and five people do day (12h) and night (11h) shifts
Week number 1 is from Monday, February 23rd to March 1st
For March, it could be tricky, there's another constraint, but with the information and the start of the weeks, could someone manage to find us a schedule to start in April?

I apologize for my outburst, but what would your reaction be if the doctor kept changing the medications or their dosages once your cart was half full (although this is - of course - much less serious in my case, thankfully!...)

I checked, it took a while because of these changes and there may still be bugs as a result: please report them.

***: on these days, you can choose a weekday team (morning, evening, night) or a weekend team (night, weekend, morning, or evening). When a team is correctly formed, a green light will illuminate to the left of the dates.

Hello, Your message no. 4: we can work two 12-hour shifts or two nights then two days off or more, yes that's it  Your message no. 11: the maximum number of consecutive nights is three  I will stop for now while waiting for definite information definitive: service-rest schedules, maximum days etc.  My thing manages daily team compositions, adherence to schedules but I do not impose a timetable for each: the result of the monthly or total hours worked is indicated but each can have preferences or wishes (weekends, Wednesdays, nights or days...) so 80 or 50%... as a last resort, I will calculate the percentage based on the 140 hours. WHICH MEANS AT LEAST 6 TO 8 HOURS OF WORK!!!: break, search again, check again for the 3 nights and then for Sundays...
