Question

Bonjour,  suite a un gros problrme de virus que je pense et espere avoir reussi a regler voila trois fois au demarrage dans la barre des taches apparait un icone qui me dit en pointant la souris"NEXT TASK SHEDULED AT THE   6 02 09"
je clic sur exit et il disparait jusqu'au demarrage suivant que veut il dire et quoi en faire
d'avance merci

Télécharge Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware

- Sur la page cliques sur Télécharger Malwarebyte’s Anti-Malware 
- Enregistres le sur le bureau 
- Double cliques sur le fichier téléchargé pour lancer le processus d’installation 
- Lorsqu’il te le sera demandé, met à jour Malwarebytes anti malware 
- Si le pare-feu demande l’autorisation de se connecter pour malwarebytes, acceptes 
- Une fois la mise à jour terminée, ferme Malwarebytes 
- Double-cliques sur l’icône de malwarebytes pour le relancer 
- Dans l’onglet, Recherche, probablement ouvert par défaut, 
- Sélectionne Exécuter un examen complet 
- Clique sur Rechercher 
- Le scan démarre 
- A la fin de l’analyse, un message s’affiche : L’examen s’est terminé normalement. Cliquez sur ‘Afficher les résultats’ pour afficher tous les objets trouvés. 
- Cliques sur Ok pour poursuivre. 
- Si des malwares ont été détectés, cliques sur Afficher les résultats 
- Sélectionnes tout (ou laisses cochés) et cliques sur Supprimer la sélection Malwarebytes va détruire les fichiers et clés de registre et en mettre une copie dans la quarantaine. 
- Malwarebytes va ouvrir le bloc-notes et y copier le rapport d’analyse. 
- Rends toi dans l’onglet rapport/log 
- Tu cliques dessus pour l’afficher une fois affiché 
- Tu cliques sur édition en haut du bloc notes, et puis sur sélectionner tout 
- Tu recliques sur édition et puis sur copier et tu reviens sur le forum et dans ta réponse 
- Tu cliques droit dans le cadre de la réponse et coller

Note : 
Process.exe est détecté par certains antivirus comme étant un risktool. Il ne s’agit pas d’un virus mais d’un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus.

Nettoyage : 

Redémarre en mode sans échec, pour cela, redémarre l’ordinateur, avant le logo Windows, tapote sur la touche F8. 
Un menu va apparaître, choisis Mode sans échec grâce aux flèches directionnelles de ton clavier et appuie ensuite sur le touche Entrée de ton clavier. 

- Lance SmitfraudFix double clic sur SmitfraudFix.cmd (ne clique sur aucun autre fichier) 
- Choisis l’option 2 et appuie sur Entrée 
- Réponds o (Oui) aux deux questions suivantes si elles sont posées 
- Un rapport sera généré sauvegarde le dans un dossier. 

Redémarre en mode normal : 
- Menu Démarrer 
- Arrêter 
- Redémarre l’ordinateur 

Poste l’intégralité du rapport que tu as sauvegardé.

Télécharge Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware

- Sur la page cliques sur Télécharger Malwarebyte’s Anti-Malware 
- Enregistres le sur le bureau 
- Double cliques sur le fichier téléchargé pour lancer le processus d’installation 
- Lorsqu’il te le sera demandé, met à jour Malwarebytes anti malware 
- Si le pare-feu demande l’autorisation de se connecter pour malwarebytes, acceptes 
- Une fois la mise à jour terminée, ferme Malwarebytes 
- Double-cliques sur l’icône de malwarebytes pour le relancer 
- Dans l’onglet, Recherche, probablement ouvert par défaut, 
- Sélectionne Exécuter un examen complet 
- Clique sur Rechercher 
- Le scan démarre 
- A la fin de l’analyse, un message s’affiche : L’examen s’est terminé normalement. Cliquez sur ‘Afficher les résultats’ pour afficher tous les objets trouvés. 
- Cliques sur Ok pour poursuivre. 
- Si des malwares ont été détectés, cliques sur Afficher les résultats 
- Sélectionnes tout (ou laisses cochés) et cliques sur Supprimer la sélection Malwarebytes va détruire les fichiers et clés de registre et en mettre une copie dans la quarantaine. 
- Malwarebytes va ouvrir le bloc-notes et y copier le rapport d’analyse. 
- Rends toi dans l’onglet rapport/log 
- Tu cliques dessus pour l’afficher une fois affiché 
- Tu cliques sur édition en haut du bloc notes, et puis sur sélectionner tout 
- Tu recliques sur édition et puis sur copier et tu reviens sur le forum et dans ta réponse 
- Tu cliques droit dans le cadre de la réponse et coller

Ah genproc a besoin de lunette ce soir.

Bon,bon,bon,s tu tres fan de ton Avast,car il est un peu depassé en ce moment,je te conseillerais plutot d'installer antivir.On pourra en parler ,si tu veux.


Peux tu  faire un scan en ligne avec mks anti trojans ,malwares et vers divers

Utilises ie car tu dois accepter un active x,installe le programme,une fenetre de scan et la mise a jour de la base doit s'effectuer (si elle ne s'effectue pas,cliques sur scan (skanej)sans cocher de case,la mise a jour va s'effectuer). 

Ensuite coches,c et d et lances le scan. 

Si mks te trouve des infections,il te proposera 5 choix (vacciner,renommer,supprimer,déplacer,ignorer).Cliques sur supprimer (skasuj). 

Supprimes tout ce qu'il te trouve

j'ai fais les 2 scans eset:pas de menace le 2etrouve 1 virus que j'ai supprime,pour l'icone par curiosite j'ai clique sur

1/Supprimes ce que tu as en quarantaine dans tes logiciels de protection.

2/ Fais un scan complet avec antivir.Postes moi le rapport.

3/Fais un scan complet avec malwarebytes.Postes moi le rapport.

4/Repostes moi un rapport hijack this

Tu as encore un logiciel malveillant qui se lance au demarrage de ton ordinateur,c'est pour ca que j'ai besoin d'un nouveau hijack this afin de voir si le probleme est reglé (j'en doute fortement).Donc on a pas encore terminé.

Je sais pas trop ce que tu as fait sur mks,je t'avais demandé de faire le scan en ligne ,et, a priori tu as du installer le logiciel,c 'est pour ca que tu as l'icone mks qui est apparu.Non?

Supprimes le dans ajout/ supprimer le logiciel mks et ses extensions

Tu n'as pas fini le scan malwarebytes.A la fin du scan tu dois mettre les virus et trojan trouvés en quarantaine,la aucune action n'a ete prise

• Télécharger sur le bureau 

http://downloads.andymanchesta.com/RemovalTools/SDFix.exe 

• Double-Click sur le fichier SDFix.EXE et se laisser guider pour l'installation 
• Le programme s'installe dans le répertoire C:\SDFix 

Il est indispensable d'effectuer le nettoyage avec SDFix en mode sans échec. 
------ 
• Redémarrer en mode Sans Échec (le démarrage peut prendre plusieurs minutes) 
• Attention, pas d’accès à internet dans ce mode. Enregistrer ou imprimer les consignes. 

• Relancer le Pc et tapoter la touche F8 ( ou F5 pour certains) , jusqu’à l’apparition des inscriptions avec choix de démarrage 
• Avec les touches « flèches », sélectionner Mode sans échec ==> entrée ==>nom utilisateur habituel

• Une fois en mode sans échec, cliquer sur le menu Démarrer puis Exécuter et coller la commande suivant : C:\SDFix\RunThis.bat 
• Taper Y puis appuyer sur la touche Entrée du clavier, afin de lancer le nettoyage ! 
• SDFix va procéder au nettoyage, patience...cela peut durer une trentaine de minutes 
• Une fenêtre indique que SDFix doit redémarrer l'ordinateur afin de terminer le nettoyage.

• Appuyer sur une touche du clavier pour redémarrer le PC. 
• Au redémarrage du PC, SDFix indique que le nettoyage est terminé. 
• Appuyer sur une touche du clavier afin d'ouvrir le rapport créé par SDFix. 
• Il peut être enregistré si besoin, par exemple si on demande de le poster sur un forum (menu Edition / Enregistrer sous). 
• Sans quoi le rapport sera quand même sauvegardé dans le fichier suivant : Report.txt 
dans le dossier SDFix (ex : C:\SDFix\Report.txt).

2/Desactives et reactives ta restauration systeme (demarrer,cliques droit sur poste de tavail,puis onglet restauration systeme,puis desactiver la restauration systeme,puis tu refais la meme procedure pour reactiver la restauration systeme)

3/Postes 36 qu'en est il?

Je sais pas trop ce que tu as fait sur mks,je t'avais demandé de faire le scan en ligne ,et, a priori tu as du installer le logiciel,c 'est pour ca que tu as l'icone mks qui est apparu.Non?

Supprimes le dans ajout/ supprimer le logiciel mks et ses extensions

Désactive le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs (tu le réactiveras après ta désinfection): 

- Vas dans "Démarrer" puis Panneau de configuration. 
- Double Clique sur l'icône Comptes d'utilisateurs et sur Activer ou désactiver le contrôle des comptes d'utilisateurs. 
- Clique sur Continuer. 
- Décoche la case Utiliser le contrôle des comptes d'utilisateurs pour vous aider à protéger votre ordinateur. 
- Valide par OK et redémarre.

Ensuite double clique sur navilog1.exe pour lancer l'installation. 
Une fois l'installation terminée, le fix s'exécutera automatiquement. 
(Si ce n'est pas le cas, double-clique sur le raccourci Navilog1 présent sur le bureau). 

Laisse-toi guider. Au menu principal, choisis 1 et valide. 

Patiente jusqu'au message : 
*** Analyse Terminée le ..... *** 
Appuie sur une touche comme demandé, le bloc note va s'ouvrir. 
Copie-colle l'intégralité dans une réponse. Referme le bloc note. 
Le rapport est en outre sauvegardé à la racine du disque (C:\fixnavi.txt) 
poste le rapport obtenu

Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) susceptible d avoir été infectés sans les ouvrir 


--> Fais clic droit sur le raccourci FindyKill sur ton bureau 

--> Au menu principal,choisi l option 2 (Suppression) 


/!\ il y aura 2 redémarrage, laisse travailler l outils jusqu a l apparition du message "nettoyage effectué" 

/!\ Ne te sert pas du pc durant la suppression , ton bureau ne sera pas accessible c est normal ! 

-------> ensuite post le rapport FindyKill.txt 

Note : le rapport FindyKill.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque
