Download on Joomeo

Hello,

I want to upload photos to Joomeo. But when I start the import process, I get the following error message: communication error (code 101).

Could someone explain how to resolve this issue?

    Hello myrtille82,

    I had the same issue, so I contacted Joomeo support, which is very effective.

    They provided me with several suggestions to fix the problem:
    - update my flash player
    - disable my antivirus during the download, and if everything works fine after this deactivation, add Joomeo to the list of trusted sites

    I did both at the same time, and everything worked afterwards, so I can't tell you which solution fixed the problem.

    I don't know if you're discovering Joomeo, but I can't get by without it now; it's super convenient.

    I tried, but it didn't work any better. So I did like you, I contacted Joomeo support. They suggested that I might have a poor internet connection. Since I have a low bandwidth, I thought it might indeed be the issue. I then uploaded the photos at a friend's place who has ADSL and it worked...
