Connect a laptop hard drive as a slave

Bonjour, j'ai eu un problème avec mon portable HP, donc j'ai acheté un autre ordinateur. Cependant, j'aimerais transférer mes anciennes données présentes sur mon disque dur de l'HP portable sur mon nouveau ordinateur. Le problème est que mon HP ne s'allume plus. J'ai donc vu sur internet que l'on pouvait brancher le disque dur en esclave. Comment faire ? Et n'y a-t-il pas d'autres solutions (sans allumer l'ordinateur portable) ? Merci d'avance, j'espère que j'ai été clair. Si vous avez des questions, n'hésitez pas...

        If there is a SATA connection, connect the SATA directly into the case.

        If there is an IDE connection:
        - either get an external IDE enclosure that connects via USB to the PC
        - or buy an IDE adapter to connect it in IDE in the case
        So buy either an enclosure or an adapter.
