How to write text next to a logo (Word)

Hello,
I can't seem to write text (date, heading) next to a logo of an association. Each time I try to insert this logo: 1: if I've already written, the text moves up and down. 2: if the logo is present before I write, I can't write next to the text (which amounts to the same thing). I still manage to do it by making a print of my logo on a blank sheet, which I then introduce into my printer to edit the text with the pre-printed logo. This is time-consuming and not very professional.
If anyone can give me a tip on how to print everything in one go, I would appreciate it.
Thanks in advance for your answers.
Best regards

Good evening,

Or also,

When we have chosen the framed wrap for the logo, we can adjust the distance of the text:
In the wrap tab / choose Advanced, where we can adjust the distance of the text in height and on the left and right according to the text to be inserted.

But if it is for variable text, addresses in particular, the text box proposed by Suzanne has the advantage of allowing line breaks in the area if the text is too long.

you created your logo to place it in the header of the page and you want to put text next to your logo.

If your logo is saved as an image, insert it into your Word document, select this image, go to image format, click on text wrapping, then on square, and finally on OK.
You insert a shape or a text box from the drawing toolbar. You select your wrapped logo image and while holding down the Shift key, select your text box with your text, and in the drawing toolbar, click on Draw and then on Group. But if you want to find it on all your letters under the association's name, you can cut this new logo + text from the header, by displaying the header and footer, and paste it into the header. Then you save this document as a .dot template that you can open by clicking on File, New.

For the date, it's better to put it in your document rather than in your header.
