Hello everyone,
I am looking for the titles of 2 arcade games from the late 1980s.
- The first one,
A game featuring a helicopter (1 player) viewed from the side, firing missiles in front, behind, and on top... to destroy enemies of course, but also blocks containing diamonds of varying sizes.
The bigger the diamonds, the more they are worth in $.
I remember that the diamonds are subjected to weightlessness, and when they fall, they split into 2 smaller diamonds and so on.
- The second one,
It's a shoot'em up viewed from above (1 or 2 players), the game's uniqueness lies in the special weapons (bombs, flame throwers, fireballs, ...) represented by balls (with different icons) trailing behind the plane, forming a sort of tail.
You start the game with a trail of 3 balls.
These balls (special weapons) can be collected throughout the game by killing enemies that also trail balls, which are then scattered across the playing area.
There you go, I know it's very scant detail, but these are memories from about 20 years ago.
I look forward to your suggestions and thank you in advance.

Ok, so I don't have any other title that comes to mind at the moment. Sorry, see you later.
Good luck with your research.

I remember a helicopter game: (not sure about the spelling) "CHOPLIFTER"
I think the second player could play with a jeep
unless I'm mixing things up
have a good day

Hello everyone.
There are so many shoot-em ups, I think it's going to be hard to find the titles...
Are the games set in a futuristic, contemporary, or other context?...
If it's a helicopter game on Neo Geo, I thought of a title like "Prehistoric..." (I need to look it up).
Well, good luck.

Stop everything,

For the second: Gemini Wing.

A big thank you to Kukuro, a member of the "emutribu" site for finding it on the first try.
