How to put games on the M3 DS simply?

Hello,
I would like to know how to put games on an M3 DS Simply because I roughly know how to do it but I'm not succeeding. Can someone explain the steps to follow (software to download, sites to find games, game formats...)

    start installing the firewire on your micro SD card that goes into the M3 Real linker and create a new games folder; this is where you will install your games.

    Yes, but actually I've already installed everything, I can already play games, it works, but I don't know how to change them. Can you explain it to me and where to find them?
