Des adwares en folie sur Windows XP

Bonjour,
Je fonctionne avec XP SP3. Je me retrouve avec PC qui, assez régulièrement, se met à lancer des Adwares. Après avoir consulté ce forum, j'ai lancé une analyse Avaast (je me suis rendu compte que j'avais désactivé Avaast pendant une longue période, mea culpa), ainsi que Hijackthis, ainsi que Spybot, ainsi que CCleaner... Et pourtant, j'ai l'impression que les adwares n'ont pas été éliminés...

Quelqu'un a-t-il une idée pour éliminer ces adwares... ?

* Telecharges hijackthis sur ton bureau

*Fermes tous les programmes en cours

* Double clic sur l'icone de ton bureau

* Executes le en cliquant sur :Do a scan and save a log file

* Le rapport s'ouvre sur le bloc-note
--> enregistres puis postes le

Je confirme ton pc est bien infecté !

* Telecharges Navilog1 sur ton bureau :
http://perso.orange.fr/il.mafioso/Navifix/Navilog1.exe

/!\ Desactives ton antivirus et la garde de ton antispyware, si tu en as un /!\

* Lances l'installation en executant le fichier téléchargé

* Fermes toutes les applications en cours

* Double-cliques sur le raccourci de ton bureau

* Choisis la langue et valides par la touche " Entrée "

* Double-cliques sur Navilog1.bat ( il se peut qu'il n'apparaisse pas
et que tu n'aies que Navilog1.exe)

*Le menu du Fix s'ouvre, choisis l'option 1 et patientes jusqu'à
la fin de la recherche

* Un rapport est généré, postes le

Note : le rapport est aussi à la racine du disque dur

Avis à la population des formidables personnes qui filent des coups de main sur ce forum, j'ai fait Hijackthis, Navilog et Smitfraudfix... Les fenêtres continuent de s'ouvrir...

J'ai vraiment besoin d'aide, s'il vous plait, c'est un PC qui me sert pour le taff.
