Good evening, I want to connect my 9 box to my TV using Olitec 85 powerline adapters, but I am unable to complete the setup, as the manual is missing. I would need help. Thank you for any assistance you can provide.
Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 7.0

Hello,
Normally, there is no setup required, just plug the 2 adapters into the electrical outlet, and connect the ethernet cables between each device and its connector.
Warning: do not plug into a surge protector: this blocked the signal for me. If the problem does not come from there, try connecting a PC to a router using the powerline adapters to ensure they are working properly.

Hello,
A big thank you to Spirzouf. I had been trying to find a solution for only an hour because my 9box + Olitec setup wasn't working. By removing the surge protector, everything worked perfectly. I wouldn't have thought of that.

Hi, I have the same problem but it still doesn't work. Let me explain my situation:
I installed my SFR 9box, and I connected the two powerline adapters between the TV encoder and the 9box and nothing, no signal.....
While if I connect it directly without the powerline adapters it works.
I have a brand new installation, what solution do you propose???

Hello,
I have a big problem because I am completely inexperienced, or even very bad at computers;
I have a Freebox with 2 powerline adapters (1 for the TV and 1 for my laptop).
I bought 2 Olitec powerline adapters to have internet on my desktop computer which is located in my bedroom. I need to open the software provided with the CD to connect and wait to see the registration of the two powerline adapters.
How to configure XP to see if I am connected and in which panels I need to make settings?
When I open the network status, I read: sent 75000 - received 70000 (random example). And what should I do next? Thank you for a detailed response.

my malfunction issue comes from my electrical network which is brand new but has too many circuit breakers (3-story house with an electrical panel on each level), a defect noted by the technician
thank you for your help
