Help pour virus "warning scurity report &quo

Bonjour,

Suite a une recherche sur le forum,j'ai essayé de trouver une solution pour me debarrasser de ce "virus":
*warning security" your compupter is infected

je n'ai plus de connexion avec mon compte ni de messenger,une fenetre s'ouvre sans arret vers une page internet,

j'ai fais des rapport ,je vous les postes,merci d'avance pour votre patience accordée

Bonjour,

• Télécharge Random's System Information Tool (RSIT) de random/random, et enregistre le sur ton Bureau.
• Double clique sur RSIT.exe pour lancer l'outil.
• Clique sur ' continue ' à l'écran Disclaimer.
• Si l'outil HijackThis n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera (autorise l'accès dans ton pare-feu, si demandé) et tu devras accepter la licence.
• Une fois le scan terminé, deux rapports vont apparaitre. Poste le contenu de log.txt

On va commencer par ça :

Télécharge SDFix (créé par AndyManchesta) et sauvegarde le sur ton Bureau.

• Double clique sur SDFix.exe et choisis Install pour l'extraire dans un dossier dédié sur le Bureau.
• Puis redémarre ton ordinateur en mode sans échec en suivant la procédure que voici : Redémarre ton ordinateur, puis tapote sur la touche F8 (F5 sur certains PC) juste avant l’apparition du logo Windows. Un menu va apparaître, tu devra choisir de démarrer en mode sans échec. Ouvre ensuite ta session habituelle (si nécessaire) et ne t'inquiète pas si les couleurs et la taille des icônes changent par rapport à d'habitude.

• Puis, ouvre le dossier SDFix qui vient d'être créé sur le Bureau et double clique sur RunThis.bat pour lancer le script et laisse toi guider.
• Il va supprimer les services et les entrées du Registre de certains trojans trouvés puis te demandera d'appuyer sur une touche pour redémarrer.
• Ton système sera plus long pour redémarrer qu'à l'accoutumée car l'outil va continuer à s'exécuter et supprimer des fichiers.
• Après le chargement du Bureau, l'outil terminera son travail et affichera Finished.
• Appuie sur une touche pour finir l'exécution du script et charger les icônes de ton Bureau.
• Le rapport SDFix s'ouvrira alors à l'écran et s'enregistrera aussi dans le dossier SDFix sous le nom Report.txt, poste le ici stp

j'ai installé SDfix,mais je ne peux pas demaré le pc en mode sans echec,

losque je selectionne mode sans echec puis entrée ,quelques secondes plus tard,il est marqué :impossibe de demarer en mode sans echec car un programme ou un logiciel empeche le lancement,

voila,merci d'avace pour tes conseils.

Bizarre, je n'ai jamais vu ça...

On se passera du mode sans échec alors (et de SDFix...)

• Télécharge SmitfraudFix (de S!Ri) : http://siri.urz.free.fr/Fix/SmitfraudFix.exe

• Enregistre-le sur le Bureau

• Double-clique sur SmitfraudFix.exe et choisis l'option 1 puis Entrée

• Un rapport sera généré, poste-le dans ta prochaine réponse stp.

Ok, ensuite fais ceci stp :

• Télécharge et installe Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
• A la fin de l'installation, veille à ce que l'option « mettre a jour Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware » soit cochée
• Lance MBAM et laisse les Mises à jour se télécharger (sinon fais les manuellement au lancement du programme)
• Puis va dans l'onglet "Recherche", coche "Exécuter un examen rapide" puis "Rechercher"
• Sélectionne tes disques durs" puis clique sur "Lancer l’examen"
• A la fin du scan, clique sur Afficher les résultats
• Coche tous les éléments détectés puis clique sur Supprimer la sélection
• Enregistre le rapport
• S'il t'est demandé de redémarrer, clique sur Yes

• Poste le rapport de scan après la suppression ici

Essaye de télécharger MalwareBytes renommé ici : http://sd-1.archive-host.com/membres/up/7739387536519291/PourJamaiscapot.exe

Place le sur ton Bureau, mais ne le lance pas !

Redémarre ton ordinateur, et exécute le dès que l'ordinateur a redémarré.

Dis moi si ça fonctionne mieux comme ça ?

==> Il aurait fallu le mettre à jour avant de faire le scan ;)

Au passage, sache qu'il est maintenant traduit en français : pour cela va dans "Settings" --> règle "Language" sur "Français".

Ensuite : mise à jour --> recherche de mise à jour (si ça ne fonctionne pas, change de "site miroir de mise à jour").
Il va télécharger une nouvelle version du logiciel, s'installer puis se rouvrir. Recommence pour vérifier qu'il a aussi mis à jour la base de donnée.

Ensuite Recherche --> examen rapide --> Rechercher.

Poste le rapport qui suit la suppression des infections.

ben oui,je me doute bien mais ça ne marche pas ,c'esr le meme probleme que tout a l'heure ,plein de petite fenetre "erreur machin"

Ok, on va s'en passer dans ce cas, c'est peut-être l'infection qui le bloque...

/!\ A l'attention de ceux qui passent sur ce sujet /!\
Le logiciel qui suit n'est pas à utiliser à la légère ! Ne le faites que si un helpeur du forum qui connait bien cet outil vous l'a recommandé.

On va utiliser Combofix pour finir la désinfection. Attention, ce logiciel est très puissant, une mauvaise utilisation peut faire des dégâts... Fais exactement ce qui suit :

Télécharge ComboFix (de sUBs) sur ton Bureau (et pas ailleurs !). Pour cela, fais un clic droit sur ce lien et choisis "enregistrer la cible sous ... " et tape C-Fix dans dans la fenêtre qui s'ouvre, puis choisis le Bureau comme destination : http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe

--------------------------------------------- [ ! ATTENTION ! ] ----------------------------------------------------------
! déconnecte toi, ferme toutes tes applications en cours et DESACTIVE TOUTES TES DEFENCES (anti-virus, antispyware, pare-feu) le temps de la manipulation qui pourraient gêner fortement l'outil...Tu les réactiveras donc après !

Dans ton cas, il s'agit d'Antivir (à désactiver en faisant un clic-droit sur le parapluie rouge près de l'horloge et en cliquant sur "Activer Antivir Guard" pour le décocher)

==> Surtout, si tu rencontres des difficultés à ce niveau là, dis le moi avant de poursuivre...

Ensuite :

Double-clique sur C-Fix.exe (= combofix.exe ) .

Appuie sur une touche pour démarrer le scan .

Attention : n'utilise pas ta souris ni ton clavier pendant que le programme tourne. Cela pourrait figer l'ordi ---> si un message d'erreur windows apparait à un moment : clique sur la croix rouge en haut à droite de la fenêtre pour la fermer

Le rapport sera crée dans: C:\Combofix.txt , poste le ici stp

Maintenant peux-tu réessayer de mettre à jour MalwareBytes, puis de faire un scan avec stp ?

Pour me permettre de te donner les derniers conseils, j'ai besoin d'un dernier rapport stp :

Télécharge hijackthis (logiciel de diagnostic) sur ton Bureau :
HijackThis

Installe le, lance le et clique sur "Do a system scan and save a logfile".
Fais un copier-coller du rapport entier sur le forum
