Hello,
I merged a database from an Excel file into an invoice template in Word. Everything is going well, but at the end of the merge, when I preview before printing or print directly, my values do not appear. Only the different MERGEFIELD fields are displayed. ALT F9 shows me the values after the merge but not when printing. What should I do?

Hello,
That still means that the merge is not done; you only merged a preview. Because once the merge is completed, there are no MERGEFIELD fields left in the merged document.

I definitely won't answer them... The forum is meant for that. -
Hello
It may be that in your Word options (tools - options - printing) the field codes box is checked, or the same is true in your printer properties
