Bonjour,j'ai un probléme avec avast. Il m'indique qu'il y a des messages suspect avec ceci "Il y a trop de mails identiques envoyés dans un faible intervalle de temps" et l'adresse d'un destinataire inconnu et un expéditeur inconnu.
Es ce que c'est un SPAM? Que dois je faire? On me propose de soit continuer ou soit ne pas envoyer que dois je faire?

C'est très certainement une infection installée sur ton ordinateur qui l'a transformé en machine à envoyer du spam... Il va falloir désinfecter ton ordinateur rapidement.
• Télécharge Random's System Information Tool (RSIT) de random/random, et enregistre le sur ton Bureau.
• Double clique sur RSIT.exe pour lancer l'outil.
• Clique sur ' continue ' à l'écran Disclaimer.
• Si l'outil HijackThis n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera (autorise l'accès dans ton pare-feu, si demandé) et tu devras accepter la licence.
• Une fois le scan terminé, deux rapports vont apparaitre. Poste le contenu de log.txt

Merci pour tes conseils mais je ne sais pas si doit toujours faire se que tu ma dit car je n'ai pu l'impression d'avoir de problème. En effet je ne reçois plus de messages suspect, je fais quand même se que tu ma dit??Merci

Tu as dû recevoir une e-card (probablement en anglais), et lorsque tu l'as ouverte, elle a infecté ton ordinateur. Les e-mails identiques détectés par Avast sont sûrement d'autres e-card infectée, que ton ordinateur envoie à ton insu à d'autres personnes... Il faut supprimer cette infection au plus vite !

• A la fin de l'installation, veille à ce que l'option « mettre a jour Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware » soit cochée
• Lance MBAM et laisse les Mises à jour se télécharger (sinon fais les manuellement au lancement du programme)
• Puis va dans l'onglet "Recherche", coche "Exécuter un examen rapide" puis "Rechercher"
• Sélectionne tes disques durs" puis clique sur "Lancer l’examen"
• A la fin du scan, clique sur Afficher les résultats
• Coche tous les éléments détectés puis clique sur Supprimer la sélection
• Enregistre le rapport
• S'il t'est demandé de redémarrer, clique sur Yes
• Poste le rapport de scan après la suppression ici

Je ne comprend pas très bien, apparament j'ai ne rien mais je ne suis pas totalement surpris puisque je n'ai plus reçu de message alerte. Es ce que se serait parce que j'ai renouvelé ma clé d'avast après la contamination et que j'ai fait des scan avec avast et windowsdefender?
Ils m'ont pour tant dit qu'ils y avaient de virus ou autre chose.

• Désactive ton antivirus
• Fais un scan en ligne ici https://www.kaspersky.fr/?domain=webscanner.kaspersky.fr (avec Internet Explorer uniquement)

• Désactive ton antivirus

Salut, dsl mais le scan que tu m'avais demandé ne marche toujours pas. Il me dit que certains élement ont été mal installer ou endomager et que je dois recommencer.Bien sur je recommence mais c'est toujours la même chose.J 'ai tout de même remarquer qu'il était en train de preparer une version pour vista. le problème est peut etre là: j'ai vista.

Dls mais le scan marche pas non plus, il va jusqu'au chargment des mises à jours puis après il me dit qu'il y a une erreur(anglais) il que ne peut pas faire de scan.

C'était pour effectuer un scan de vérification avant de donner les derniers conseils, mais on va faire plus simple :
• Avast était un antivirus convenable il y a quelques années, mais il est dépassé aujourd'hui. Il existe d'autres antivirus gratuits plus efficaces (notamment Antivir)
• Désinstalle Avast : Commence par supprimer ce qu'il y a en quarantaine, puis fais clic droit sur l'icone d'Avast près de l'horloge --> désactive la protection résidente.
• Puis Menu démarrer --> Panneau de configuration --> ajout/suppression de programmes --> désinstalle Avast.
• Si ça ne fonctionne pas, consulte ce lien : Désinstallation d'Avast
• Télécharge Antivir pour le remplacer, télécharge le ici.
• Double clique dessus pour l'installer et laisse toi guider.
• A la fin de l'installation, annule le scan qui se lance, puis fais ce petit réglage :
Double clique sur l'icone d'Antivir près de l'horloge --> Configuration --> Coche « mode expert » --> coche « Rech. Rootkits au dem. de la recherche »
• Ensuite, mets le à jour : fais un clic-droit sur l'icone d'Antivir près de l'horloge et choisis "Démarrer la mise à jour"
• Une fois la mise à jour terminée (ça peut être long pour la première), double-clique sur l'icone d'Antivir et clique sur "Contrôler syst. maintenant"
• A la fin du scan, fais un copier/coller du rapport sur ce forum :)
